Do not order from them! I placed an order in April 17th. I usually know better and read some reviews so it seemed legit at the time. Boy was I wrong! I reached out to them through email and received the same fake emails everyone is talking about. Last one said shipped and in Rosedale new York. I finally had enough and called my bank. Thank God my bank refunded my money! I spent 73.00. They should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of people in the midst of a crisis! I reported them! Hope they get caught!
Normally, I pride myself on doing appropriate due diligence on websites but in this case I didn't. My experience was the same as many others - great communication (although formulaic and poorly written) but then it drops off. I received an email, finally, stating the items shipped but the tracking information would only indicate that a label was created. After several weeks I reached out and - crickets. Fortunately, AmEx is easy to work with and credited my account in 30 seconds. Do NOT order from them! I'm placing a new order via Etsy for face masks, which is what I should have done in the first place!
The company is Remark but your credit card is billed to Lush Goods. They claim they're in TX, but your credit card will be billed for an international transaction fee. They're running a scam from China. I ordered masks for my son on April 17th. It's May 18th and I keep getting e-mail "updates" from them telling me that shipment has been delayed due to COVID-19. It's a bunch of BS. On May 1, after I got the first shipping delay e-mail from them, I went online and saw many complaints about this so-called company. I should've done that before I ordered. Anyway, I alerted my bank (Bank of America) that this company is a fraud and they reversed the transaction immediately and launched an investigation. If anyone is reading this and you have an account with BOA, submit a claim to have your transaction reversed. You can call or do it through online banking. Other banks may do the same.
After MUCH communication with this company, I insisted they give me a refund. Then they sent me what I thought was a bogus reason they couldn't refund me. They said my masks had already been shipped. It took 4 months for me to receive my masks. They're exactly what I ordered. They fit great and have replaceable filters with each. I'm pleased with the product but the wait time was ridiculous! I felt like I was being scammed because the company's communication was shady. They kept offering me discounts when I asked for a full refund. A few weeks after I filed a claim with the BBB my masks arrived. I'd given up and thought all was lost. So in short, if you need it in a hurry don't buy from Remark Green. It takes so long because it ships from overseas.(Would've been nice to know that BEFORE placing my order).
Ordered my 3 mask 3 months ago and STILL have not received them. All I I get is " they are coming and here's 20% off your next order. Like I would EVER order from them again. Ask for a refund and nothing. Beware do not order from them.
I ordered 4 mask, all of them got here in 3 months. These are probably the best mask i own, they are made of scuba material with very good filters. They sent me an email when they were made and sent me the shipping information when they shipped. They also told me that because of covid the mail was really slow, which is exactly what happened. Of all the mask i own i am more confident with these mask because of the filtration process. I live in ofallon, illinois and you need a good mask here. Very satisfied with these mask, they just took along time to get here.
I ordered 2 masks back on April 10 and never received anything. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charges and got my money back! I clicked the and on Facebook and I should know better. Lesson learned!
I finally after a month and a half received my mask! I ordered 4 and received one. The other 3 are on the way. I love my mask. It's sleek and breathable. It fits over my nose well and I love the velcro. Love it. It took forever to come after several emails that was not so pleasant from me to the company. I am happy and love wearing the mask.
I previously left a review stating this company is a scam. Ordered one mask and 3 filters. I received the filters but no mask. Filters are useless without the mask. I ordered in March and it is now the end of October and still no mask.
I am still waiting on the merchandise I ordered. I am glad I used PayPal. Filed a claim and waiting on the refund. They continue to email that the merchandise I has shipped and sent a tracking number. They are a Scam and if not a Scam. I ordered well over a $140 worth of masks from this company! It took nearly 4 months to receive one of my orders and when I inquired as to my original order they just retorted that I had received it and that it was my duty to track it down. I told them that I would report them to the BBB and blast their business on the Internet. That they should be ashamed of taking advantage of innocent impressionable and scared people shame! I never received a response back nor did I get a refund!
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS! I ordered masks from this company and never received them. I email them several times and just got excuses like "give us time to deliver." I guess months down the road isn't enough time. I also demanded my money back to no avail. This is a scam!
I made a purchase of 6 masks and 100 filters on April 8th, I did receive part of my order on May 20th or so. They took all of the $168.00 on the 8th of April I still have not received 1 mask and the extra filters I ordered, the product i did receive does not look or appear to be anything like what they advertised. Contacting them is a nightmare, I get that they are busy but they need to address customers in a more timely manner and not with generic emails. So disappointed with this company and their product
A month after I ordered a couple of masks, I was told they were shipped and I would receive them soon. A couple of weeks later no masks and no tracking info. I request a cancellation and refund. Never received a refund. It's been three months now and no refund and no masks.
Worse company ever! I ordered on April 3rd and still have not received my mask. I have sent numerous emails to these idiots and still no response concerning my mask. Don't order from them. I am going to submit a internet fraud case against them.
Purchased two masks in March of 2020 as of June 22,2020, I have not received my purchase and they gave me a fake tracking number. When you look at your bank statement, another company has taken your payment. Remarkgreen is not on the debit. I guess I made the scammers 60.00 richer. They preyed amongst the people who are trying to protect themselves from this Covid-19 who are desperate looking for masks. Smdh. Also, I give them no stars but I have to put one in order to submit this review.
After I complained the sent a bag with a paper disposable mask (the ones that come 50 for $20 and it even looks used) inside to try to show that they "sent it " I paid $135 for several masks and filters. The mailman is aware since I notified about that I was waiting for the masks. We took pictures and we are filing a complaint. So unfortunate that they are trying to steal from people in times of need. SHAME ON THEM.
I bought masks back in April and still have not received them! So needless to say if you need them in a hurry, don't bother buying from them. However, in a hurry or not, it shouldn't take 3 months to receive a product purchased!
I total agree with everyone about this scam from Remarkgreen which is also called Lushgoods. I made a purchase of 84.00 in April for these masks and filter replacements due to the horrible pandemic an a law enforcement officer in need. Well, after several email and replies that all of you have recieved from Hannah and Smith, I decided to contact paypal to open a case. Paypal sent me a tracking number from Lushgood. I finally received a package, but, sadly it wasnt what I purchased. This is what I received instead of my purchase masks and replacement filters. Just SAD
Ordered 2 masks in April of 2020. It's June 26th 2020 and I still haven't received them. I should have read the reviews. SMH. With repeated emails after the first month I start getting a tracking number from USPS tracking stating the items are departed a shipping partner facility at Rosedale, Ny *******. This is all I have been receiving for May and June 2020.
It is a scam! I ordered products 2 months ago and still haven't received my items. I emailed them, they responded and said my order has been shipped and a month went by. I emailed them again and they told me they couldn't find my order at all. Now they won't answer my emails anymore. I advise anyone and everyone not to order from them!
I purchased 5 of there mask on 4/16/20 and yet to receive the masks or any shipping information. At the time of placing mg order there weren't that many reviews and that should have been a clue. I have send several emails requesting a status or refund. And I continue to get the same email response "due to Covid-19, shipping has been delayed but you will get shipping info within 24-48 hours" and you still get nothing. This wa the worst purchase ever. I'm in the process of reporting them to my bank and BBB hopefully I can get my money back. I will definitely be spreading the word to everyone I know... Stay Away!
I have placed an order with this website remarkgreen.com and have been waiting for almost two months now for it. When tracking it, it shows it's in NY. It's been the same since 4/23/20. Should I be concerned?
I ordered a TSU face mask 2 months ago never recieved my order. They send me theses automatically generated messages. No contact number they refused to give me a refund. Keep telling due to COVID 19. I have order other things and received my item or they refunded my money back, but these ppl didnt.
SCAM
Ordered one mask 4/20/2020. Received all of these build updates and then a delayed shipping notification mid-May. Then on 5/20 it showed as shipped. I received the mask today, 6/18/20 after it showed shipping from somewhere in China. They showed a New Mexico address, so clearly they lie. The mask is not well made and there is no way to buy additional filters for it, because they are custom to this product fit and suddenly the face-mask products by Remark Green is GONE from the internet, Their website is basically blank now. SCAM. I disputed my payment through Paypal, but there are hundreds of complaints to BBB and they business cannot be "located". BEWARE/ DO NOT PURCHASE
I have been waiting for four months to receive the 5 masks that I ordered. I have written them several times and they have not resolved the issue. I defeated would not reccomend ordering from this website!
Order 3 carbon masks on 4/6. It is 5/10. The sent me Some USPS tracking info but USPS still has not recvd custody of package. Customer represents to me as being from Las Cruces, NM and Houston, Texas. CC transaction being processed through Hong Kong as Lush Good. No credible response from their e-mail only customer service. Appears to be fraud.
