Do not order from them! I placed an order in April 17th. I usually know better and read some reviews so it seemed legit at the time. Boy was I wrong! I reached out to them through email and received the same fake emails everyone is talking about. Last one said shipped and in Rosedale new York. I finally had enough and called my bank. Thank God my bank refunded my money! I spent 73.00. They should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of people in the midst of a crisis! I reported them! Hope they get caught!
Normally, I pride myself on doing appropriate due diligence on websites but in this case I didn't. My experience was the same as many others - great communication (although formulaic and poorly written) but then it drops off. I received an email, finally, stating the items shipped but the tracking information would only indicate that a label was created. After several weeks I reached out and - crickets. Fortunately, AmEx is easy to work with and credited my account in 30 seconds. Do NOT order from them! I'm placing a new order via Etsy for face masks, which is what I should have done in the first place!
I am completely FRUSTRATED with this fraudulent company. I first saw this company on Facebook advertising face mask. My daughter is a high school graduating senior and I purchased 2 Senior 2020 mask. I also purchased two personalize mask with my other daughter's name on it and I added the filters to exchange in/out. MOST importantly, I included the additional purchase for the tracking info on April 15. As of May 12,2020 NOTHING. I have emailed them several times (Sarah Smith, Emma Smith, & Sophia Watson) have replied back with some sort of apology, 20% discount on next purchase, and a promise for a tracking number in 48 hours. YET, No product and Out of money back. #$@&^% (that's me cursing)!
So after reporting this company to my bank and the BBB, here is some updates. 1- Company in the Website states they are in Dana Crus, New Mexico. BBC says their doors are closed and no one is available to answer questions. That this may be a result of COVID-19.
2- As most of you know your tacking information says the product is in Rosedale, NY. This probably due to the fact that the company has purchased a shipping label that will never be used for product that doesn't exist as far as I have been able to find.
3- The actual shipping site which is 17 (Something) is a foreign shipping site. Yes they are giving you a USPS tracking #, but the first one I got was for international shipping.
4- When my bank tracked the funds they said they were sent to a place in Hong Kong.
My hope is that anybody looking at this company will read these reviews and STAY AWAY.
I placed an order in April and to this date I have not received the items. I have sent multiple emails requesting a refund and I keep getting a run around about how covid has affected the shipping. I am now currently waiting for the contact information for the CEO but I just keep getting bogus shipping information.
I placed an order for a mask and filters on April 15th and still never received my order. I emailed the company on May 12th and when they responded on May 13th, they said my order was sent but there is no tracking. There is no tracking still to this day! I did expect a delay on the order considering the pandemic.
I have since read many reviews (none positive at all) about this company which made me realize what a scam they are! And yes, I should have did some research before, but lesson learned!
I ordered two masks it took a month to get the first one. The second one hasn't come. I told them after the first mask that I didn't want the second mask and they refused to handle the situation. They lied to me and told me that the second mask was already on the way so they couldn't cancel it. Then they said they'd give me a tracking number and yet I've never received a tracking number. Now they've just stopped all communication and I still haven't received my second mask my tracking number or a refund.
I was skeptical because it took a long time. But their customer service kept in touch with me often and they apologized because as a new company they were inundated with orders up front and then could not get the materials and did not have the manpower to keep up with the amount of orders that came in.
I was patient and finally got my tracking number notice. Less than two weeks later (Quick ship from China btw), my package arrives and my masks and filters are all exactly as advertised... including my personalized one. I LOVE them! Since wearing masks in public seems like it will become the norm here like it is already in some other countries, at least for the foreseeable future, I am happy to have masks that show my personality.
I will be happy to place another order with Remark Green when I need something else and will do so without hesitation. Ordered 4/16/20, shipped 6/1/20 and arrived 6/18/20. Customer service was excellent as you can tell from my email headers below - 5/5 for me. Quality of masks is 5/5. Fit is perfect for me, my husband and my son, very stretchy! Wait was long compared to what they originally said it would be, but then circumstances changed and it was understandable. They even offered a discount on my next order along with their multiple apologies. This company is NOT a scam. ~ Michelle
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The absolute worst experience ever. I am a nurse and due to the Covid Pandemic, my job had a shortage of PPE's so I thought I would order my own from Remark Green. Big mistake! This company is taking advantage of people during this really scary time. I paid over 50 dollars for two mask, waiting and waiting for my items to arrive. Finally 6 weeks later, I received just one even though the shipment notice said I would receive both. The mask is such poor quality I've contact this company more than 6 times only to get the room around.
It's so upsetting that during this time of crisis and illness and death, this company is scamming people.

I ordered two mask from what I thought was a U S A company. They were ordered April 6 2020. One was received mid June. The other is no where to be seen as of today June 22,2020. Why they were not shipped at the same time is unbelievable. WORST SEVICE EVER
I truly wish I would have seen this site before I spent over $100 on masks that I have not received. I placed my order on April 11,2020 and received an email on April 23,2020 that the masks were shipped. I sent an email early May inquiring about the masks and the response basically stated that due to covid, there are delivery delays (which I expected to be the excuse). Today is May 30,2020 and still no masks. What upsets me most is that I am an RN and I am recovering from covid since the end of April. I believe if i had the masks, it may have help prevent this. I wish zero stars was an option for this scamming site. They should be ashamed of themselves.
I ordered a mask from this company. It literally took over two months to arrive. During which time I repeatedly emailed customer service who completely ignored my request to cancel my order and insisted each time it was on its way (when it wasn't- I know this because I tracked it after it arrived) Regardless I told them I still didn't want it, it looks nothing like the photos. They told me to take a picture of the item and send to them and tell them what was wrong. I told them it didn't look the same as in shape. It was uncomfortable. I ended up having to go through paypal because THEY DID NOT LISTEN- Paypal contacted them and they are making me return to CHINA. The address on my package is from NY... It cost me $20 to return a 30 mask. Pay pal says they will cover shipping up to $30. We will see. Totally disgusted and DO NOT RECCOMEND!
It took 2 months for 2 face mask and 30 PM2.5 filters to arrive from REMARKGREEN.COM
The mask was found to be exactly as what was advertised on their web-site. I am satisfied with the product but it did take a long time for delivery. I would have rated them 4 of 5 stars if their product would have arrived sooner.
Forgot to mention that as their mailing address is in Portland, OR people who haven't gotten their items need to contact THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE STATE OF OREGON TO REGISTER THEIR COMPLAINT. If they get reported for what they are doing (THEFT) it will not go unnoticed

I ordered 3 $34.95 masks and haven't received them YET! According to the fake tracking number that I received April 30,2020. My order was coming from Rosedale, NY. And to date, it's still in Rosedale, NY 5 days later.
This company is a fraud and I'm reporting them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and contacting my debit card company to get my payment reversed back to my card. $#*! holes playing around with peoples money during a pandemic.

I order 4 carbon filter masks for work, I am a healthcare provider and I need masks that can be reusable and functional. I SPENT 111.40 and that was on 4/25.5 DAYS ago I get an email stating that they were being shipped. I tried the tracking number and NOTHING! I FINALLY looked them up and saw all the negative reviews. FORGET trying to email them, they don't respond.
I am a registered nurse who purchased 2 masks from RemarkGreen at the beginning of April and NEVER received it. At the bottom of their website it says, "Texas, USA" but then a fake tracking number says "items shipped from Yanwen, China". I'm just shaking my head trying to find out how I allowed these idiots to take my money and run with it. I'm pissed off that they're using COVID-19 pandemic to rip people off. When I asked where my items were, they sent me a 20% discount code. Seriously? You took my money and never sent products and now you want me to spend more? What is this world turning to? PayPal is allowing them to take people's money which is BAD BUSINESS!

Seems to be a scam! I ordered 2 masks from this company OVER A MONTH AGO for almost $60! STILL RECEIVED NOTHING! I have sent emails, and the response some tracking number that doesn't show any kind of progress, supposedly "in transit" FOR WEEKS!. I will be contacting my credit card to get charges reversed. BUYER BEWARE!
I finally got my masks. This seemed like a big scam because the updates were vague and it was going on 3 months. I got them yesterday. They are just fine.
I would not recommend ordering from this company. It appears to be a scam. Contacted my bank and they have issued a dispute. Will be contacting the Attorney General.
Just like everyone else, I ordered masks 2 months ago and still haven't received. Get the same basic email, I have asked to speak to someone live and keep getting generic emails from "support" team.

I have noticed that all of the reviews on here ordered around the same time. I ordered April 18th. The last names are always SMITH... Lillian, Hannah, Emma... however, I wrote to them telling them the order was wrong and asked if they could fix it. They said once the order was placed they could not change it because they are customized so they issued me a full refund and told me I had to reorder. I did get the refund and I did reorder but now it has been weeks. I got an email saying my order was ready, then the next day I got one saying that my order is being delayed due to COVID, then a few days later I got another email stating my mask was on its way to be transported from their warehouse, and now at 3am this morning they sent another email saying it was delayed!
I was not getting my masks I ordered; I got my bank to investigate this fraud. 2 days ago I got a partial order. I ordered 3 masks of 1 design, 3 masks of another design, an order of "5" filters that WERE to fit inside these masks. I got 1 mask and 2 filters. And guess what? There is no slot to put these filter into the mask. Not what I ordered or wanted. And like other posters have said they are child size, in my opinion. I am still trying to get a hold of my bank to continue with fraud; because no way am I paying for a "partial" order that is not complete or satisfactory. BTW this was a Facebook Ad; should have known better. May ten-fold be return to those who fraud.
EMAIL I GOT: Due to an enormous increase in mask demand during the epidemic, we are currently experiencing higher volume than usual. At the time being, we have equipped more staff to the warehouse, as well as the customer service center to ensure the processing time.
After the parcel is done and transit to our shipping agent, the shipping times typically take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days.
