Do not order from them! I placed an order in April 17th. I usually know better and read some reviews so it seemed legit at the time. Boy was I wrong! I reached out to them through email and received the same fake emails everyone is talking about. Last one said shipped and in Rosedale new York. I finally had enough and called my bank. Thank God my bank refunded my money! I spent 73.00. They should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of people in the midst of a crisis! I reported them! Hope they get caught!
Normally, I pride myself on doing appropriate due diligence on websites but in this case I didn't. My experience was the same as many others - great communication (although formulaic and poorly written) but then it drops off. I received an email, finally, stating the items shipped but the tracking information would only indicate that a label was created. After several weeks I reached out and - crickets. Fortunately, AmEx is easy to work with and credited my account in 30 seconds. Do NOT order from them! I'm placing a new order via Etsy for face masks, which is what I should have done in the first place!
Took 3 months to arrive at my address I understand there's a virus situation going on mail is in being delayed, but once I got my product I was missing $35 worth extra product...
Ordered a mask from them over a month ago took the money out for the item right away, did not give a tracking number or anything, contacted their service dept got a response that said should have tracking number in 1-2 day nothing contacted them again and no response that was 3 week ago DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM PASS IT AROUND THEY ARE SCAM6
I ordered my items the second week of April and to date, nothing has been sent to a shipping agent. RemarkGreen replies to every inquiry with a completely USELESS tracking number. There is NOTHING to track because my items have not left their factory.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS "BUSINESS".

Ordered in April. Tracking number never updates. Says created and that's it. Beyond frustrated at this point... I asked for a refund only to have them say 10% which is like $3.

I ordered two masks from the REMARKGREEN site and after 2 months I never got them. In writing to the "customer service representative" I keep getting the same message; they keep telling em that the masks have been sent to their shipper and I will receive a tracking number shortly. I have gotten the same message four times over the last 3 weeks. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE - IT IS A SCAM.
I ordered a product at the beginning of April and still have not received it. I have contacted them several times asking for a refund after they sent me a bogus tracking number and they refuse.
Is this a scam? Not sure. Placed order canceled it got partial refund "rest being made so can't" will dispute charges and report to BBB. Will dispute with credit card company

They are frauds and need to be imprisoned for their scam and fraud. Haven't received any real answers and no package. They will not refund me and it's ridiculous.

I ordered these masks from a Facebook ad at the end of April when our shut down, "Safer at home order", was extended and assuming we'd be wearing masks when we reopened. I ordered some with a hair stylist theme. I too got lots of emails with the progress of the mask production, and then an email saying they were complete... then nothing! I was patient at first, then read lots of reviews saying this company was a scam, I thought, "yes, I've been scammed", BUT, I kept going back to the fact that I had added some fabric masks at the end of my order... and those came very fast. I did email the company twice and would get an automated response immediately then an actual respond a few days later... long story short... I just got my 3 hairstylist masks and the filters I ordered. I like them very much! I've been struggling to find something comfortable and that doesn't fog my glasses... I've tried them on and they may be exactly what I've needed! I am excited to try these masks at work tomorrow!
I completely thought I'd been scammed... but it took 7 1/2 weeks for my order to arrive! Be patient... we have gotten accustomed to speedy deliveries!

Order over 80 dollars in merchandise over four months ago. Recieved 3 inaccurate Shipping confirmation number. Pending dispute with PayPal. Don't order from the., not worth the trouble.
Total fraud. They will take your money and waste your time with lie after lie. Paypal will not help you either, because they lie to them and says that the product has been shipped.

I placed an order on April 20... on May 1 I emailed the company in regards to my order I received an email on May 2 that my order had shipped out and on the way to there shipping agent and The tracking number will be updated to me as soon as the shipping agent receives it. Fast forward to May 14 I email the company again not only did I receive contradicting emails (in the Plural) I also received the same email from May 2, stating the same thing my order has shipped out and on is way to the shipping agent and the tracking number will be updated to me as soon as the shipping agent receives it. WHAT A BUNCH OF BULL SHIP THIS COMPANY IS MADE OFF. DO NOT ORDER ITS BEEN A NIGHTMARE!

I wish I could give negative stars! I made a purchase of masks in April 2020, it had to be 3 of 1 material. They took the money right away and sent me emails for the first couple weeks updating me on the status of the masks. Then suddenly nothing, no emails, no notification of a tracking #, no masks received in the mail. End of May I contacted them about the status of my order via email. About a week later I got an email with a tracking #. When I checked it, it was coming from China. I had thought Inwas ordering from the US. Finally 2 months after after my order, I received my masks. They were too small and I received 2 of the material I requested and 2 of a material I did not. Oh and the shipping label had another label over the original saying it came from New York. I contacted them immeadiately. They only respond at 2 in the morning and not very quickly. After several back and forth emails, they offered me a 20% refund, refused 100% refund. First said it was for the missing mask, then said it was the size, now say it's for the missing mask. I will see how long it takes to receive the measly 20% refund. Oh the one good thing I can say is, I got filters with the the purchase, so I can use them with my other mask that actually fit and provide the proper coverage! I DO NOT recommend doing business with this company.

I ordered a Postal Personalize Mask I finally received it and it is very nice didn't think I would receive it since I ordered it in April I kept getting that same e-mail too I reported them and threaten to file a claim finally they sent me a tracking number and I received it a week ago really nice I hope everyone that has issues that you will get your order or your refund
