Do not order from them! I placed an order in April 17th. I usually know better and read some reviews so it seemed legit at the time. Boy was I wrong! I reached out to them through email and received the same fake emails everyone is talking about. Last one said shipped and in Rosedale new York. I finally had enough and called my bank. Thank God my bank refunded my money! I spent 73.00. They should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of people in the midst of a crisis! I reported them! Hope they get caught!
Normally, I pride myself on doing appropriate due diligence on websites but in this case I didn't. My experience was the same as many others - great communication (although formulaic and poorly written) but then it drops off. I received an email, finally, stating the items shipped but the tracking information would only indicate that a label was created. After several weeks I reached out and - crickets. Fortunately, AmEx is easy to work with and credited my account in 30 seconds. Do NOT order from them! I'm placing a new order via Etsy for face masks, which is what I should have done in the first place!
I ordered masks in February and I had just wrote them off as a loss. I got a USPS tracking number out of Chino California the beginning of April and it said waiting for vendor to deliver. Today, May 27th I received a package and was pleasantly surprised that some of what I ordered showed up. The masks looked well put together but one of the outlet disks was put in wrong so you could breath through it instead of the filtered face mask. Easy fix. Anyways they do come from China which explains the huge delay in shipping. So for all of you that were in the same boat... its a good sign that something actually came :)
My mask never arrived and after a dozen of emails requesting a refund, all I can do is to warn others to stay away. Jennie Wilson from the company keeps sending me the same response but no refund actually has been processed.
I ordered $101 worth of masks On April 2,2020 so the whole family would have one and never received. I have sent multiple emails. Now they are claiming they can't find my order. I'm going to see if the bank will refund since they scammed me. Hopefully we won't be out the money. Please don't order from them go to Ebay. I work at a grocery store and customers have told me if you buy from a US seller you should receive them within 10 days.
I ordered a mask and filters in April 2020, this end of May and have received nothing. I get the same email response every time. They are without a doubt scammers that took me for around $80. Save yourself a headache and do not order from them.
Do not waste your time or money on this company. Customer service is non-existent. I purchased masks almost a month ago and have yet to receive my order. They stated that it would take 15 days as the masks are custom made. I was notified of the 15 day lead time after making the purchase. Next they stated that because of the pandemic, shipping is now delayed. This was the last straw for me. I've been ordering from Amazon, Chewys and several other websites and I have yet to receive a similar shipping delay message.
In my opinion this company is fraudulent at best. Again, don't waste your time or money on this company.
After ordering masks was initially impressed by receiving updates every 3-4 days after two weeks was told only packaging and shipping left. Then waited 10 days with no updates and sent an inquiry. After 2 days with no acknowledgement, called my cc company to report possible fraud and had the charge credited back. ( I thought something was up early on in their message updates; something about "building/assembling" the masks; odd language for a sewn product.
I ordered two filter activated carbon PM on April 6, and still have not received it. Every time I follow up for an update they send a USPS link that has no activity. They'll say your order is on the way but there's no activity on the tracking provided.
In light of the current situation, I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and be patient. It has been three months. Nothing to show for it and no refund. Their excuse is "the shipping tracking number is updating so we must wait a few days before we can refund or cancel". Absolute scam..
It is a shame that they would take advantage of people during this time of Covid 19. I bought 137.00 with of mask for my whole family have been in communication only through email with the same bogus messages. I will dispute with my bank to get my money back.
No masks and no customer service, automatic email from Lillian and Hannah " Smith". That's the only last name they use., i emailed them asking for the tracking number, it's an automated email pretending that they are busy for the enormous orders and tracking number will be emailed soon... Tricksters! They are also called "lushgood" company on your payment. Paypal and other credit card company should stop doing business with this scammers. Watch out consumers, they are not protecting you from the virus, they are out to get your money.

I ordered a set of 3 Pittsburgh Penguins masks in April. Reported them to Paypal in May for not receiving my order. I received the mask made in Vietnam today. Certainly NOT what I ordered. Do not waste your money. They say they are out of Houston, TX. They are not. Im hoping that I can get my money back for this falsely advertised junk.
I ordered a mask right when the pandemic started as I was a healthcare worker. That's been months ago. They sent me a false tracking number after sending them several emails. I haven't yet received my order.
Ordered masks on 4/24 and still haven't received my order nearly 2 months later. I have emailed to complain and ask what the problem is and all they send is a canned response offering a discount on a future order. There is no way I would ever order from them again, their discounts are useless. I wish they would just give a refund, but I'm sure that won't happen.
I ordered three masks at $25/each in March 2020. It is June 8 and I finally received one last week - the other two I have received no real tracking information. No response when I request a refund and to stop shipment on the other two masks. The quality of the mask I did receive is not what was expected. Do not order from them! Anyone know how to get all or some of my money back?
I too thought it was a scam and was about to call my bank to dispute the charges, but I received my masks. It took about a month and a half but I finally got them. I still gave them 3 stars even though it took forever. It's a learning lesson for me, I thought since the company showed New Mexico they were manufactured here and they would arrive quickly. I left them an email stating they should have been a little more forthcoming of where they were coming from so I could make a better decision or know what to expect as far as shipping time. I placed my order April 5th if this helps anyone.
I ordered masks from this company based off their advertisement on Facebook. They consistently email stating they were making the mask. I have yet to receive the $55 order I place in APRIL! Every time in I quire they have some excuse, the mail is backed up, we were swamped with orders. Here's your tracking number but wait it's been a tracking number with no movement for a month. Then suddenly I got a packet from them with two masks that I have no clue what they are as they are not what I ordered. They NEVER apologize for any issues and they always have some excuse. I just want my money back and they won't even do that. Horrible company, horrible customer service, and in the middle of a pandemic! They should be closed so they don't steal from anyone else!

I finally received the 2 masks and filters two months after making the purchase. Now when you try to search an item on the site you receive an error message. Don't take the chance, spend your money elsewhere.
Can I rate a negative 10 stars?!?!? Their nice web page advertisement sucks you in believing they are a quality company. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to my order. They have no problem collecting your money it's delivering the product they have a problem with.
I placed my order back on Apr 27 and here it is Jun 02. I have sent several email to customer support and all I received was a coupon for 20% off then 25% off. They can keep the discount because I'll never order from this scam of a business again. Customer Service provided no real answer as when I might expect to receive the product. STAY AWAY... STAY AWAY... STAY AWAY Spend your money somewhere else!
I ordered face masks in April, was suppose to take a couple of weeks to receive. After 6 emails to the company and a dispute made through pay pal, I received the face masks 3 1/2 months later. The product is flimsy and not even close to the description of the quality of these masks. Save your money, do not buy their products. Came on a slow boat from China. Go to a local medical supply store and buy masks, much better quality. I should of known better!

I was very excited to get my new mask I waited for since April. Unfortunately when it came it was already falling apart and did not fit my face at all! I'm so disappointed and hope that others will be cautious when ordering from them. $37 for a mask that I can never use. I tried contacting them and have yet to receive an email back.

I ordered masks and filters from this company late March. It is now mid June and nothing. Emails sent but most ignored. The few they answered were full of excuses and offered me a 5% refund. Answers stopped coming when I demanded a full refund. Further research has shown this company is a scam.
I believe this company scammed me. I order from them on March 19,2020. On April 27 I reached out to ask where my package was and they said it was going to shipping and I would receive a tracking number in the next few days, now on May 14 there is still no tracking number or package. Don't buy anything from them is my advise, they are scammers
I order a mask and never heard anything from the company but one time... saying your mask is on the way... and that's been over 2 months ago... Spend 42.00 with them... please don't buy from this company
