Do not order from them! I placed an order in April 17th. I usually know better and read some reviews so it seemed legit at the time. Boy was I wrong! I reached out to them through email and received the same fake emails everyone is talking about. Last one said shipped and in Rosedale new York. I finally had enough and called my bank. Thank God my bank refunded my money! I spent 73.00. They should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of people in the midst of a crisis! I reported them! Hope they get caught!
Normally, I pride myself on doing appropriate due diligence on websites but in this case I didn't. My experience was the same as many others - great communication (although formulaic and poorly written) but then it drops off. I received an email, finally, stating the items shipped but the tracking information would only indicate that a label was created. After several weeks I reached out and - crickets. Fortunately, AmEx is easy to work with and credited my account in 30 seconds. Do NOT order from them! I'm placing a new order via Etsy for face masks, which is what I should have done in the first place!
If there was an option for negative stars I would give that. Ordered a mask in April and still have not gotten it. It is now October. Just got an email response stating I will have to pay another $7.50 to get what I have already paid for.
I spent $206 for three (3) masks and a bunch of filters. I received my filters about three weeks ago, and just received my masks today. I am not happy. Please keep in mind that I first ordered this product in the beginning of March. Only one (1) of the masks is what I ordered. The other two (2), no. I would not say don't order from them, but if you do, be very very patient. And if you want the skull masks, I would not recommend. These DO NOT look like the pictures they had online. With that being said, they were really good with responding to emails. So I would say customer service is a solid 4 out of 5 stars. Be well, everyone.
Personally I find this appalling given plenty of other companies are honoring orders - Casetify for one did a nice job. It's really distressing that they use images of front line healthcare workers as supposed endorsements and after multiple responses from them claiming my order had shipped i still have nothing and after asking for a refund, they offered me 5%?! Unbelievable.
I order three masks from this company on April 18. It was quickly debited by lush good. I haven't received anything. There is no phone number and the emails take a long time for a response. The csr keeps citing COVID 19 yet everything is opening up and still does not explain the two months delay with no end in site. I have requested my money back and they offer me 5%. Absolutely not! I am disputing with my bank to get my monies. I will never order from this place again completely a fraud.

I ordered three face masks that were never sent.
I wouldn't have even given one star but had to in order to leave a review. I ordered 2 masks MONTHS AGO and still haven't received anything! At first they great at sending an e-mail every day explaining their process, then they just stop communicating. I try to follow the web link now and gat a blank page. No further communication... just dropped off the face of the earth!
I ordered 2 masks in April and I still have yet to receive them. I've emailed customer service and they continue to tell met their PayPal is down and they are unable to refund at this time.
I am out 120.00 I hope people read these reviews so it doesn't happen to them.
I ordered two masks in the middle of March. They finally came in the first week of June. It took way to long and I hate that they came from China when the website had a New Mexico address. I have to admit, they are really nice masks though.
I thought I was supporting a US business. Wrong. This product is made and ships from China. I ordered the masks and filters April 25. As a nurse, I wanted to wear something safer and more comfortable when not at work wearing an N95. The last tracking I did showed it sitting somewhere in NJ. Stay away form this company.
I was skeptical about ordering but decided to take a chance on a personalized fraternity mask. It did take nearly 2 months for the mask to arrive. I was pleased with the mask which came with an extra filter. However, after a couple days of use I noticed the thread started to unravel.
I ordered five facemasks in April and I received them last week. They are too small and have a strong chemical smell that made my eyes burn. I submitted a claim to PayPal since they cost $162.00. I was told the company would reimburse me if I returned the masks. I went to the post office today and paid $35 to return these masks to Hong Kong. The postal employee told me that it would probably take a month to get there. I think every vendor should clearly state where their product shipment originates. I would never have ordered masks from another country when I needed them quickly.
I ordered a mask from Remarkgreen on 4/15/2020. There website says 2 to 3 day shipping. I have emailed and emailed them with little or no response at all. I will never order from this company again. There is not a phone number to call and speak with anyone regarding your order. They had no problem taking my money asap but after that you can only email their support team. This company is a JOKE!
I ordered a mask in April and never received it. Neither did they send a refund for my order. The support team were not of any assistance either and I could not get anyone on the phone to escalate so I was basically scammed out of money with no product in return. Do not buy anything from them!
I waited three months and after multiple emails (on my end) one of my three ordered masks showed up. I was shocked to see how well I couid breathe through it. Unfortunately it was designed not for a human being because there is no way to wear it without it falling off. It's so uncomfortable and I have to clip it into my hair. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The straps are so short they don't even fit my young son.

I ordered 4 masks and filters April 4,2020 and have still not received any products in spite of sending 3 emails requesting updates and finally requesting a refund and cancelling my order but they replay was they could not refund as product had shipped. Still not received anything. It appears to be a scam.
Ordered mask the beginning of April. Received email from the late April that my mask was completed and shipping. Still never got mask. In June i filed a complaint on them with PayPal and then they sent my a shipping tracking number it does not work.
It's been for months and I still have not received the items I've ordered they continue to tell me they have shipping issues and then they said they used a different shipping company but still no merchandise
I've been waiting for 2 months for my order. I've emailed them repeatedly and was offered 20% discounts and told that my order was stuck in customs. When I clicked on my order, there was an error message that says, Sorry shop is no longer available. Well, guess I'm out $60.
This is not a scam, it just takes a long time to get. We finally got ours and love them. I have osteoarthritis and they are easier than any other mask. I've washed them and they come out great. The wait for them is worth it. I got extra filters also.
Hello all, I see a lot of you are frustrated. I ordered my mask in March and I just received them Thursday June 11th. So your orders should be coming, I guess with everything going on it just takes a while.
Worst business I have ever encountered. Promised partial refunds, never got. Asked for a # to talk with someone multiple times, never would give. Asked for refunds over and over, refused. Never have got masks. Everything about this company sucks! Worst part... they do not care. ZERO stars
In April, I ordered a set of three masks. Finally in June I received 1 mask. I have been going back and forth with these people. I finally gave up and realized that this will never be resolved. Will NEVER recommend or order from this company ever again.
This company is a fraud. I ordered a personalized mask for my aunt who is a nurse in April 2020. I have been emailing back and forth with them since then. They do respond, but are just giving me the run around and refuse to give me a refund! It has been 4 months, and they are still telling me it's due to covid. They don't deserve the one star!
Spent $138 for masks back in April. Have not received our masks. Have received several emails saying they were in the way. Contacted them by email and they offered us 20% back... but can't give an explanation to where our masks are.
