Remark Green

Not only did it take months to receive my order of three face masks (college branded), when the order finally arrived, only one of the masks was included in the package. When I wrote to customer support, I got a canned message saying the shipment was on the way, and was offered a 20% discount. Very confusing. I will not order from this company again.

Actually received the masks today (6/18/2020) we ordered them on April 11,2020 and wrote this place off as a scam. The masks are wearable, but are not as nice as the picture showed and definitely not worth the money we paid.

I placed an order for masks on April 3,2020. Received shipping confirmation email on April 13 with invalid tracking info. I emailed company and got prompt response with new tracking number. I checked daily for a week and package never arrived to expected UPS location. I emailed company asking if this was concerning and received prompt email saying "dear beloved customer"... thy my order was on its way. Another week goes by with no changes on the tracking info. I emailed asking for a refund as the shipment was likely lost (or I had been scammed). No more prompt responses. No more responses period. Thank goodness my credit card was able to reverse the charges. To date by the way, there is still no change in the tracking info. Stay away from this company. They are taking advantage of the situation and not providing any masks.

I ordered a custom mask on April 5th. I have yet to receive my mask. I emailed the company requesting a refund. They are blaming the delayed item on Covid. It's been almost 2 months still no product. They replied to my email and apologized, Offering 20% off my next purchase. Ha I would never order from this site again, however they ignored the refund part.

Dont do it this company takes advantage of innocent families who are looking to protect themselves from a pandemic worse company ever all bad reviews but what do you expect from a country who doesn't like Americans. This is just outrageous to use a world emergency to steal money from innocent people remarkgreen sucks I will never buy something from another country again!

I ordered a mask and filters in March and received it this week.
The product looked as described. The mask was purchased as a gift and has a "theme" design and it's very pretty.
The mask has not been used, yet. So, I cannot speak to its comfort level.
My e-mails were responded to in a timely manner.
I would order from this company again. My suggestion to them is to give a realistic time line for the shipment. That said, everyone is trying to get a mask and filters. So, I think that should be taken into consideration.

My fault for believing in a company like this. Has been over a month and I have complained repeatedly. Requested a refund REPEATEDLY which has not happened. Site specifically stated that there was online parcel tracking - which is completely untrue.

Facebook is advertising this Company (Remark Green) and they take your money but you will NEVER receive your product, face masks at 29.95 each! Remark green is a bogus web scam, BEWARE! If you email them they will not respond either. It has been roughly 2 weeks since I emailed them and I haven't heard a peep! I spent almost 70$ just filed a complaint with PAYPAL regarding this computer.

Order from their site called TheGeekMask.com over a month ago, never received my merchandise, no phone #, email listed doesn't work and location posted as Houston, TX but no specific physical address! The worst kind of thieves taking advantage of people in a crisis! Reporting them to BBA and State Authorities!

In April of this year I purchased 9 masks costing over $200.00. After about 2 months I received 1 mask then 2 masks then another single mask. I am still missing 5. Everytime a mask came in I sent an email where are the other masks that I paid for? Eventually someone asked for pictures of the packaging. My packages came many months apart so how or even why would I have pictures of my packages? I ended up sending them the screenshots of my order but that was not good enough for them. In the email of the screenshots I also listed what I had and had not received. They should keep better tabs of the products they send out. I emailed them every single time a package came in. I have all of my many email correspondences. They will not give me my money back. This business has no idea as to how to conduct business. This business has scammed so many people during a time in which people really need their product.

I Ordered several masks from them. After 2 months of not receiving them, I asked for a refund. They emailed me back and asked me to be patient due to high demand. I finally received part of my order and these masks are poorly made and made for a child. I asked for a refund and they emailed me telling me that it was not possible. These companies that get to advertise on Facebook should be looked into as being reputable before being allowed to advertise! Do NOT be scammed by the pictures as the material and the size is HORRIBLE! The 10 for $10 cotton cloth masks on amazon are more reliable then these!

I ordered a mask from this site 2 months ago. About a month in I emailed to follow up on my order that had not arrived. They said it was on it's way and gave me a tracking link. Of course, here we are a month later and it's still not here. I emailed and asked for a refund because nothing is coming that I ordered and I was told it again was already shipped. Dont waste your money. This company will just take your money. I will NEVER use them again.

I have contacted this company many times about my order. They gave me a tracking number that even a week later still does not work. They are not helpful. I filed a complaint with Paypal and CC company to beware of this company.

Do not order from this online company! Waiting over two months for my order and continuing to get the run-around from the company. I filed a complaint with the FTC today, advise others to do the same, very easy. Also contacted my bank and they will credit me.

We ordered 2 masks from the website a few months ago. I read all the negative reviews but decided to wait it out just in case. The two masks we ordered arrived and were exactly as pictured. The only downfall is they don't wrap around your head in the back but your neck instead. This makes is really hard to move your neck and walk around without it falling off. I dont recommend this product in general. Even if the masks arrived a week after ordering them I still wouldn't recommend them.

I would like to take the an write this review. I purchased 4 mask from remark green. Yes it was a challenge at first it seem as if they were giving mi run around. It took 2 months to get trackin number. And another 2 months for mi to receive mi purchases. So the site is definitely legit. And lastly all 4 of the mask I purchased were identical wat I order...

After waiting months, my MSU facemasks arrived. They are child sized and the fabric print is brownish instead of green. Money would be better used giving it to the food bank. Very poor quality. Not US made

I actually feel really bad for these guys. As covid-19 Kover they got absolutely slammed. I'm certain there's no way they could have anticipated the incredible increase in demand for their product. Yes it took us a while to get our masks. But they are every bit the high-quality pieces that we looking for!

These ship from China. This information should be disclaimed somewhere on their website. I ordered a mask on April 14th. Tracking says it's in Jamaica now if that's even correct. The emails trying to figure out where my order was were just a runaround and I didn't recieve shipping information until I complained for several weeks.

Ordered numerous face masks and filter replacements back in the middle of April. Received emails that my order was received and email that it was being processed. Never Received a shipping email. It's now the end of April and no communication from Remark green at all. No response from emails sent to them. Total scam! It's so unfortunate that their are people out there that take advantage of innocent people who are trying to deal with all that is going on in the world today with Covid19. Shame on you!

I paid for the order and never received anything.
Worst online order I ever placed. I can go on and on about my experience, but I'll sum it up with a few words. "Don't shop with this company." The bad part about it all if it was legit company and they actually sold the masks on their site, it would totally be a good business start up idea.

Update: After ordering on (April 04th) finally something come in the mail today (May 27th). A plain object in a vacuum seal package. From the outside I see nothing like my design/order that cost me close to $72. Heck, I'm scared to open it after contacting them numerous times and requesting a follow up on my order.

This company really sucks for preying on hard-working people during this pandemic.

This is a scam. They do not sell anything, only take your money. I have reported them to the police, and facebook, and paypal. There address on the site is an empty patch of land. Do a google search. 4942 Peachtree Hills Road

I seen the add on facebook. Thought I investigated enough. THOUGHT it was made in america! It's made in china! Ordered it in early March. It is June 16th and just received it! Poorly seen! Crooked! Velcro coming off! Piece of crap! My blind grandmother could have sewn it better! I am contacting my bank to get my money back! And of course no contact number to get ahold of them! Just an email that obviously I see that everyone else is getting the same one! Ugh! I'm angry at myself that I didn't proceed further with checking into this company before I ordered! I would have given it a negative review but they do not have that option!
