I guess being a baby boomer I am inclined to fix things and not replace them, or pay someone to do something I can do myself! So I really like repair parts plus having what I need. Replacing the screen was moderately easy and everything works great. This is my second time using you guys and if I need to I will be back again!
I received a damaged battery replacement due to being bent out of the box. Customer service asked for an picture which I sent, they said it looks fine to them. This battery is not going into my phone too dangerous. They didn't pack with any bubble wrap etc. just in the envelope.
Purchased LCD, received a wrong part. After 2 weeks of e-mail conversations they finally refunded the price of the part, however refused to refund the shipping costs. I emailed them asking for shipping costs refund. They replied "free shipping voided on returns" and started to silently ignore my requests.
So, I paid shipping twice, to get a part I didn't need and to send it back to them. Support wasn't helpful. Beware!
The iPad replacement screen I ordered has bad adhesive. It ruined my iPad. Before my iPad was still functional, the screen was only cracked. This defective replacement screen made my iPad useless. After returning it I didn't hear back from them for a month. They said they didn't have the return in their records. Finally they "found it" after I emailed repeatedly. They said they wouldn't issue a refund because the product I returned wasn't in new condition. OF COURSE IT WASN'T! How would I know if it was defective without trying to install it!? Ridiculous! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They don't even allow reviews on their Facebook or website page because they know it would be mostly negative!

I could have saved some time if I had ordered a home screen assembly. My bad. The kits really need to have contained written clear instructions otherwise a good experience.
I returned a Glass repair kit for a Samsung product because it does not have the manufacturer logo and they do not state that. Kit worth $30, credit given $20. Lost $10 just like that! DO NOT BUY unless really sure you are not returning FOR ANY REASON
I bought a $15 screen replacement for an old ipad and somehow I was charged $36... and... it never showed up. Website is impossible to navigate to your account.

It was difficult to find a battery for my phone, but Repair Parts had it. Shipped quickly, great price, phone working again. Very pleased with my purchase.
With reviewing the available video I was able to replace the screen and use the original home button on my IPHONE 6S with little problem and minimal experience. (I replaced the battery prior to this repair) I now have a great looking screen with no issues
I was very happy with the price and the Quality of the screen It came with easy to follow instructions. I was able to install myself. I will be buying another one soon for my Granddaughters phone
This replacement digitizer is a waste of money. RepairPartsPlus customer support was not helpful and would not honor a warranty replacement within less than 60 days of delivery when clearly the failure was the part they provided, not the installation. I installed the digitizer with the provided home button (when delivered the new home button is attached to the digitizer with adhesive). In less than 45 days, the adhesive holding the new home button in place failed rendering it useless. The suggestion from customer support was to remove the digitizer and apply new adhesive. This is not easily done because: a) the digitizer is very difficult to remove without breaking and b) I do not have new adhesive tape to reapply the digitizer to the ipad or the home button to the digitizer.
Additionally, the new digitizer has a "dead zone" where it is not responsive to touch - something that developed ~45 days after installation.
I would NOT recommend this digitizer replacement to others or this company in general due to their poor customer support. I am giving the review 2 stars because they delivered the product on time.
I ordered my part and in less than 2 hours, yes 2 hours it was shipped. I received exactly what i ordered and in perfect condition. I highly recommend this merchant.
Ordered the kit got the kit. ZERO instructions in the kit or on their site. The sheet of paper inside the box says to watch videos on youtube. What a joke.

I love this company! It is hard to know which Internet parts companies you can trust, but I have found I can trust this one. I recently got parts from them. The LCD screen I got had the glass attached upside-down which I didn't notice until after it was installed. I contacted them and Annie was very friendly and helpful. She sent me a replacement as well as issued an RMA for the old one. However while I was removing it, I accidentally broke the LCD, so I contacted Annie to tell her I would be sending back the new Good LCD once I got it since it was my fault the old one was now broken. Annie said to keep the new one and send back the defective one. I feel like a lot of Internet companies would have been happy to just accept the good one back, but not this one. They actually cared that I get my phone back up and working and went out of their way to provide superior customer service. Because of this I will always use them for my phone parts needs and will also recommend to my friends to use them as well. My phone is now working and in Great condition thanks to Annie at RepairPartsPlus. Thanks Annie!

I bought a screen replacement from repairpartsplus.com. It seemed great, and I installed the new screen. Within about a month, an entire band of the new digitizer stopped working. We were traveling and did not get a chance to contact them until 6 weeks from time of ordering. I contacted them about it and they would not replace it under their warranty because I did not know whether it happened exactly within 30 days or not.
EDIT 9/28/2020. The battery that I bought from RepairPartsPlus was also defective. It started bulging about 3 months after purchase. I first noticed because I had to open the phone to replace a shattered screen (not the one from RPP), and then realized that the phone wouldn't close completely. But I thought it was my fault somehow, because it was not too far off of normal. It just wouldn't fully click back together on one side. Anyway, we kept using it but kept an eye on it. Within a week it was bulging so much that it caused a slight crack in the new screen. It was clear something was really wrong inside. I opened it up again, and saw that the battery was bulging way out. It was clear that it could even be dangerous at that point. So we stopped using it immediately and ordered a battery from another seller.
Defective screen, I get that. It happens. But then the company needs to send a replacement. They son't stand behind the product, so I can't stand behind the brand and you get a bad review. But BOTH items I ordered from them were defective? That is inexcusable. There are lots of websites selling stuff. I do a lot of repairs, and I get batteries and screens from lots of sellers for lots of electronics. But I have NEVER had such a bad experience with a seller.
All parts were an exact fit. The videos gave a step by step process that made it easy to replace. This made me confident to do this myself.
