Received part deferent from offered. After requesting a full refund including cost of return they changed item's description and refused pay for return. They charged almost nine $ for shipping. My return back cost was $3.64.

Horrible product, when I received the screen I had dead pixels down the middle so I took pictures of the defective product and returned it for a replacement. Upon RepairUniverse receiving my return they sent me a message back saying that I sent them a broken screen and that they will not reimburse or replace the defective product. So I lost $190 for nothing.

They offer a huge amount of products in this site, I finally found the piece that I needed so bad to at last, fix my ipod, I'm glad I've found this site on line, cause otherwise, I wouldn't have my ipod back. I recommend this store absolutely, they have everything and more

They must not have tested the part. It came with burnt out pixels. Tried to get a new part and was told I'd have to buy a new part and remove old part in which I was told very difficult to remove without damaging. If it is damaged it voids warranty. Could have been voided if they test their crap.

I needed a sim card tray but as soon as possible so I could use my phone again, and they suggested me which shipping method to pick, and also the product was really affordable and well priced, I feel like I did an amazing deal when I decided to purchase in this online shop

Tried to cancel the order less then 24 hours after ordering it and they said they couldn't which I should of just denied it on the credit card. Then get the LCD installed it and it didn't work thousands of specs on the screen. Tried to remove the end where I started to install it and didn't re heat it (never though the end was that attached) and cracked it. I'm out 150.00 good luck to ever else purchases them. Buying one local now!

I had to replace the touch screen from my Samsung Galaxy A32, and I've been looking for an affordable replacement for it, cause I couldn't spend much money on fixing it. Their charger port cable is 2mm short... which makes it useless. I bought a replacement charger port for an iPhone 7 Plus. This requires the entire phone to be disassembled in order to replace the charger port. Upon assembling the phone with their new charger port installed I found out that the cable to connect it is 2mm short as a result it will not connect. This means I have to order a new part from someone reputable and then reassemble the entire phone. Repair universe idea of customer service is that I should mail the part back, but make sure it is brand new and unused. Well thats not possible as in order to fit the part you have to install it. Who would think someone would go to the trouble of making a part with a cable that is 2mm too short.!? They would then like me to mail it back to them. The postage charges are worth more than the $6.99 the part costs. Save your money and buy from someone else unless you too would like to waste an incredible amount of time and money.

I was able to order the correct item and with the help of RepairsUniverse youtube video I was able to successfully replace the broken part of my devise.
Replacement part was exactly what I needed and shipping was quick.

Received Ipad replacement screen without adhesive. I called requesting expedited adhesive, they then sent Iphone adhesive non-expedited. I called, they said would call back and did not. I called for refund, they said I would have to pay shipping. I still don't have advertised product and now have to pay shipping to return it. Unacceptable.

On 1/11/2023 I ordered a smartphone camera lens assembly which was later found to have micro scratches on camera lens during attempted installation. When I contacted Repairs Universe and asked for an RMA, I was advised that under their return policy, I would have to pay the return postage. Furthermore, I would only be refunded the cost of part itself, not the original shipping fee. I have never in my life, experienced such an outrageous rip-off by an online retailer who would not provide a FULL refund (and an apology), including shipping costs for their own defective merchandise. I intend to also post this on FB and as well, and I have made a note in my cell phone to never deal with "Repairs Universe", nor their apparent supplier "Fixez.com".

I ordered a battery for my IPod Nano 6th generation. After successfully installing the battery it was time to reassemble the IPod. The battery that was shipped to me was pillow shaped and over twice the thickness of the original, needless to say there was NO way the Ipod screen was going to seat on the unit as it should. I could not even get it close. UPDATE: 7/10 Repairs Universe sent a complete refund, I am sorry this didn't work out because my IPOD worked after following the directions for replacement.

“I ordered a replacement screen. What I received was a "new" screen that had one of the mounting tabs broken off. They didn't want to even give me an RA, saying I should pursue the shipper for damaged parts. After numerous phone calls I was finally able to communicate to someone that there was no evidence the item was damaged in shipping. The tab was broken off (it's super tiny) but the packaging was fine (which means it was placed in the packaging broken). Sent it back. They claim they never received it. My bad for losing the tracking info. Their bad for sending a bad part and not replacing it. Bottom line is they have the screen I purchased and paid to send back to them. WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN!”

I ordered a new screen for my iphone 5c. I paid extra for two day shipping, a week later a get a phone call from a very rudy and unpleasant girl who told me that my order wasn't shipped yet. This is the THIRD time this has happened and I will never order from this site again!
