Labor intensive: Worked 2 days diligently to replace dishwasher grommet that was the incorrect fit. Finally, discovered the grommet was too tall after 1 was torn apart and more online research revealed the problem. Stop selling these to people unless they actually fit their dishwasher.

Quick service! I ordered replacement impellers for a pump we use for the pool.it was easy to replace and the pump worked very well. I have used it several times to pump water off the pool cover.
Came in less then a week, internationally! Trying to write this review on the other hand is a giant pain in the $#*!. This is my 10th time trying to submit it now.
I could have looked more closely, I may have noticed there was a bearing pin missing from the description and not include in kit.
I had purchased another bearing kit from a different vendor for my Samsung washer only to find that the kit did not fit my model ($50 loss). As you can imagine with a washer taken apart on the ground and no parts to finish the job (and my wife's irritated glance, hahaha) I needed help fast. I did some research and found replacementkits.com and I gave them a call as I wanted to talk to a person and not trust just the fine print in the ad. When I called I spoke to a gentlemen named Ryan (I believe that was his name) and he was beyond helpful. He double checked my model with the kit they had in stock and provided feedback that they haven't had an issue with this kit fitting my model. Knowing how soon I needed it he gave me all the shipping options he thought made sense and provided me tracking within a couple hours. The kit was a perfect fit and I had the washer back together within hours of receiving the parts. The washer runs like a new machine with no chatter and the seals provided a watertight fit. I would highly recommend using replacementparts.com and I would also like to thank Ryan for an excellent experience.

After two days I had to request a tracking number. That response was prompt and so was the delivery. Time will tell how good the bearings are.

Sorry for the delay in your package, this is due to a USPS delay at the Los Angeles sorting facility. We have several packages that have had this delay over the last 7-8 days. We have both E-mailed and gone down to our local Post Office and spoken to the Post Master & Supervisor. They have relayed that this seems to be due to the increase in Priority Packages and since they are processed first, the delays are impacting the 1St Class packages the most. They are seeing a 5-7 day delay on most packages but hope to have this issue resolved soon.
Please understand that we do strive to please all of our customers, all orders received by 3:00 PM PST Monday – Friday it is processed the same day and dropped off at the Post Office that same day. For all orders that are placed on Friday after 3:00 PM are processed Monday and dropped off to the Post office that same day.
