I don't know why everyone is writing only bad review. When I had ordered from them and only after that read all the reviews I thought it's a scam and I've wasted my money. PayPal did a refund for me and i forgot about it. But what a surprise it was when the keys actually came to me via mail! It's just as I ordered, with mechanism and exactly for my keyboard, so in fact I can't complain at all.

After paying, informed item not available. 800 number not in service. Email response assured all was fine. No item ever received, no further communication. Consider this fraudulent.
They don't respond, and their phone number does not work. What else need be said? I have to dispute a $13 charge now. They suck!
UPDATE: I have disputed the charge with my cc company. This is not about $13; the issue is that this company appears to be fraudulent. I am glad I caught this before it went too far.
I ordered the correct key with the wrong hinge. It took 2 weeks to arrive and I got the original key working okay for awhile in the meantime. When I finally needed the replacement, I realized I ordered the wrong hinge. So I sent an email and called the company to find out about an exchange and make sure I got the right hinge this time. NO response at all to multiple emails and a couple of phone calls. Too bad, as the product quality seems good. Once you place your order, they don't care, even though you get the standard "if there's anything we can do to improve your experience" with your delivery notice.

First, there was a 1 month delay in shipping. Then, I received the wrong key. I specifically looked at the correct number on the Acer laptop and requested the correct key. I sent them photos as proof. After more than 5 emails and no response, i gave up. Beware. They will take your money and will not respond if something went wrong.

The merchant sends a key cap, hinge clip, and rubber key cup with each purchase. The cups I've received in the past are almost certainly used, because the edges arrive ripped. This isn't a huge issue though, they still work just fine. My frustrations with this business come from email interactions with customer support. On one occasion, the included hinge clip arrived broken, and the business refused to send a replacement clip. They said they would in emails, but never responded after that. Recently, I purchased another two keys, received a shipping confirmation, and then was informed that they were out of stock. I was given the option of only purchasing the hinge clips (exactly what I needed) but after a week, I still have not been shipped hinge clips. The business is trying to stall until their stocks are replenished so they can charge me full price for the repair kits. They don't even sell hinge clips ala carte on their website. Huge waste of time.

Well, more than one week and three inquirers later - no response whatsoever. Silence...
After finding this page it all makes sense. I was really puzzled by the combination of a really professional looking page and then this complete lack of service. Do not waste your money here.
I think the few 5 star reviews are from people that received the right key and did not have to communicate with their "customer service".
I ordered from them because they came up first in the search engine. Boy, was that a mistake! I ordered a replacement key and paid for it. They shipped it. It never arrived after a month. Their USPS tracking number shows it in limbo in Indianapolis for weeks. I contacted them via phone. They don't answer the phone you get a recording to email them. I emailed them. Two weeks later, no response. I then followed up with two more emails spaced out about two weeks each. No response! AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Just purchase a "N" key from them. Shipping was fast. Packaging was appropriate. Price was competitive. Overall service was good. Remember to double check your computer model to avoid any issues. If you don't know where it's at, look on the back of your computer.

Trust the negative reviews here, wish I read them before ordering! The business seems set up well-enough, and I was able to find my exact laptop model and even select the correct scissor hinge for the key. 2.5 weeks later I receive the WRONG key - for a 5th gen laptop where as I specifically selected 1st gen. If you go to return, YOU pay the return shipping, even if they messed up the order. Some users here mentioned that their returns were not deliverable either. In either case, I initiated the return. If they don't respond within a few days, I will do a chargeback on the credit card. Needless to say, I won't be ordering here again.
This company is horrible for service, order fulfillment, communication, and reputation. They didn't ship my order, yet they sent a "Your order is shipped" email, but it only had a shipping label printed. The order never shipped. The company never replied to any of my 4 emails. AVOID!

I attempted to ensure that I was ordering the right kind of key for my HP laptop. I sent the same email three separate times to their customer support department with 0 response, despite the message which states "We will respond to your message within 48 hours." I am very glad to have found this webpage and to find out what they are like. I will not be placing orders from them.
Please, do NOT order anything from this website. It's a complete scam. They take your money and do not ever ship the laptop keys you ordered. Attached images of my confirmation of purchase, confirmation that it had been "shipped" (the shipping label is fake, it was never shipped), and finally an email from their support giving me 3 options to choose from - refund, hinge+rubber only, or backorder. This is a SCAM. They don't reply to any emails or phone calls. Do yourself a favor and charge back with PayPal like I did or contact your bank directly and say you've been scammed to get your money back.

Wrong key was sent, after a slow processing time. I've called them, left messages, and emailed them with all of my information so that they could correct the order, and sent pictures. Have had zero response from them. They have robbed me of my $25, and hours of time.

I ordered a replacement letter G for my Acer Aspire 5 A515 56G back on 11/22/21(Order # *******) I received an email stating that more order was shipped on 12/01/2021. They provided a tracking # and created a label but my order was never shipped. I have contacted them and have received no response. This company is a scam. They will gladly take your money and never send the part you ordered. Buyer beware!
I recently had the misfortune of dealing with this company for a keycap replacement. My experience with them was terrible. The service was delayed (they claim they deliver same-day) and there was a complete lack of communication throughout the process. Phones go to voicemail. Emails go unread. When I did finally manage to get in touch with someone two weeks later, they likely lied about being on company vacation for a week (they used the same excuse for another customer), told me that the keycaps I ordered were not in stock, and then gave me five elaborate options to proceed with my order. Only after I threatened to report them did they refund my entire order. It's clear that this company has no regard for their customers and is only interested in taking their money.
I strongly advise anyone considering using this company to look elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reputable business.
Bad company. We ordered a replacement key for my dell laptop and the money was taken out of our bank account on December 2 and we kept calling and calling and calling and no one would answer and they would not answer their emails that we sent to them. So after three weeks we finally got the part and it was the incorrect part and we ordered the correct part they just sent the incorrect part and now if we want to return it they charge three dollars to return it. I ordered replacement keys but my order never shipped. Days after I ordered, I received an email from them telling me that part of my order was out of stock and they gave me three options. I replied with my choice but never heard from them again.
I should add that I ordered from them a couple years earlier and actually received what I ordered but not this time.
Fair warning: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are bogus, dishonest, and eager to take your money and run. I ordered a replacement keycap for my keyboard case, paid for it, and got an order confirmation and order number. That was the extent of it. They were very quick to process my payment though! No further communication, although I did get an email almost 2 weeks ago with a tracking number with USPS. Ever since, it has only said "shipping label created", nothing else since. I've sent numerous emails, no response, called their customer service number, no longer in service. Again, DON"T deal with them! You will be ripped off!

I had ordered replacement keycaps for my Logitech iPad keyboard for $40 CAD for 4 keycaps (ridiculous price by the way). Unlike others here, my order was successfully shipped and delivered. However, upon receiving my replacement keycaps, I discovered they are the wrong colour and had the wrong hinges for my keyboard. Naturally, I emailed the company asking if I was able to get a refund or exchange. They responded with a poorly written, grammatical nightmare of an email asking for more details. I responded to their email with the needed details... almost two weeks ago. I've sent two more follow-up emails. Nothing. No response from the company. I doubt I'll ever be able to get the right keycaps. Do not waste your time on a company that overcharges you for the wrong keycaps and gives terrible customer service.
I purchased a key set through PayPal. The order confirmation came through with instructions on how to track orders. That turned out to be a bunch of BS. They don't answer emails, the phone number goes straight to voicemail. The three persons names on the website, are ghosts. PayPal did refund my money and month later the key set shows up. The white mounting clip didn't fit because the holes in it didn't line up with the holes on the keyboard. A month later i decided to try again, maybe it was a fluke. Same exact thing. They wouldn't answer my emails, until i sent one that said if you're not going to help me than please cancel my order. They responded really fast and said my order was canceled and refunded. LOL what a Joke of a company….Actually I don't think they should be considered a company. They should be banned from e-commerce.

I bougth 2 asus laptop keys. They get my money. They puted my order as shipped. Them they sent me an email saying that they didn't have my keys and they will do a refund to me. After one month, I'm waiting my money or my keys. I have nothing.
