Delivered sick baby water dragon. Has not eaten yet, lethargic from the start. Been 1week. Also has numerous nodules on skin that I think is a bacterial infection. Going to vet tomorrow. This is my second water dragon, so I dont think this will one will make it. Im keeping it barely alive with pedialyte and powdered supplements

Our baby red ear sliders We bought a couple of red ear sliders from you guys back in October and didn't want to say anything until we'd had them for awhile. We're pretty sure that we have a male and a female. When they first arrived they were a little sluggish and spent most of their time pretending to be rocks either on the dock or underwater. After a couple months though, they got used to us and started to be a lot more active. They are active baskers and beggars. They will follow your finger around the tank if you put it near the glass. We've got pictures of one of them using a floating cuttlebone as a flotation device. The little male will follow our full grown map turtle around like a shadow and even stack on him. We're so happy with both of them. Thank you!

I ordered my frogs in January, when they are most available. It is now April and I still do not have them. It might be ok, but they do not return my email or phone calls. The one time I spoke with them they promised the frogs the next week and it never happened.

Hi so i made my order online it was my first time ordering from this site or online for a live animal to be exact so i made my order an i nervously constantly emailed Mr. Felton he was understanding an talked me threw his entire order an shipping process the oder arrived at the date he said it would my only hang was i asked for an adult female cane toad an received a juvenille male i immediately contacted Felton an he got with me an we spoke on the issue he told keep what you have and ill send you the adult female completely free not even a shipping charge he was very responsive an polite over email an phone. I have read some terrible reviews about him an his buisness but i experienced nothing but excellent service, People need to understand that mistakes can happen in shipping animals so if one does take patience an speak with felton politely an he'll resolve your issue if any very quickly. My new Uromastyx from them is perfect. I ordered on a Monday and per their website shipping policy, my order would ship in 3-5 day and shipped on the 4th day. That was a Thursday to deliver on Friday. There was a hold up with shipping and I contacted the shop. They immediately called me back, tracked down my order, and arranged for it to be delivered on a Saturday. I know Saturday deliveries are costly and usually avoided. Reptile City went out of their way to ensure the safe and timely arrival of my uromastyx. They responded quickly to all of my emails, and even called me on the phone. Packaging was similar to other reptiles Ive ordered in the past so I have no complaints. And most importantly, my new uro is brightly colored, alert, and healthy looking. I will order from them again.

The reptile came in healthy and attentive which is more than most reptile companies can say, but he wasn't listed as a live animal on the package and had no heat pack. The shipping was 35$ while they only had to pay 7.50$, it wasn't overnight shipping it wasn't listed as perishable and it didn't have a heat pad. When I called them and confronted them they dodged my questions and told me "we've always done things this way". I was disappointed in their lack of care for the animal during shipping
I wouldn't not recommend reptile city but they need to improve on their shipping and customer service

I placed several orders with ReptileCity this summer. My goal was to re-stock green anoles in my back yard pool area. I have fond memories of playing with green anoles as a kid and wanted to see them running around the pool area. Mr. Willis came thru!

Mr. Felton Willis accommodated me with each order I placed and gave me great advice. I admit that I can be heard headed and impatient at times. Mr. Willis worked around my impatience at one occasion and gave me some free anoles to replace some that did not fare well.

Mr. Willis was quick to respond to my emails and quick to deliver my animals. He worked around my schedule twice when I could not be home to accept delivery of anoles. I look forward to continuing to do business with Mr. Willis!

I order one snapping turtle April 27,2017. I received a tracking number i check the number it said that it had already been shipped. May 1,2017 I was at home the whole day I did not recieve it I call them they are pretty rude I going to write that 59 dollar off lesson learn never again. I know my mailman is pretty lazy but at least he would leave something for me with the tracking number on it to pick up at the post office.

My husband and I purchased a Blue Axanthic Iguana and she was shipped out quickly. She arrived in good health and has started to acclimate to her new home and family. My 16 year old son loves her. You guys have awesome customer service and we will definitely be ordering from you all again. Nice to use this store.

Reptile city Got Reptiles, Hillbilly Reptiles are all the same company. After never receiving my order I had to file a dispute with my credit card. A week before they are about to lose the dispute to the credit card company they recharged my card the same amount under a new company name. Very fraudulent people. Might as well report your card as stolen if you give them your info.

Hello, I was so surprised to get them yesterday... because they weren't due for another 28 days... SO HAPPY with the quality! Both frogs and both turtles happy and well :) the turtles must have just hatched... they each still have their egg tooth!

I ordered one batch of house Gecko's which arrived dead. I called Fenton and let him know we had a problem. He didn't ask for pictures of my dead lizards just told me they would reship. Which they did promptly and those Gecko's arrived healthy and very active. I was very pleased with my replacement shipment. Thank you Reptile City for my active healthy house Gecko's. Darla R. NM

I ordered Eastern Newts over 90 days ago. They said they were in stock with a guaranteed shipping in 30 days. It's been 90 days. They charged my card over 90 days ago and never delivered the newts. Every time I call they say they will ship them the next week. They won't reply to my emails asking for a refund. They are frauds.

Buyers beware still waiting for my refund they don't ship and when I ask them to look up my case and they told u they not next to anything that they in back doing work they number goes to someone cell and they rude

Not happy with company. They'took my money and never called me back with my order I called repeatedly sent emails have copies of everything the company is a fraud customer service is a joke they never get back to you if everything is a scam.

Order for Barking Tree Frogs Dear Felton, I got my barking tree frogs yesterday. They were in good condition and ready to hop, which they promptly did when I took them out. They seem quite at home in their new home. I know you would've liked to hear me oohing and aahing over them. They are adorable! I think they look a little like the fire belly toads. I'm wondering if they're full grown and how big they get? I'm wondering too if they need a basking light or not? Thank you SO much for sending them! Thanks for keeping your promise. It was really nice to get to talk to you the other day. You certainly will find a loyal customer with me! (Although, right now, I have a bout as many critters as I can afford to feed!) I ordered a baby Blackthroat monitor from Reptilecity. After 2 months of them avoiding my calls, not responding to my emails or texts, & giving me no status on my $350 order, I finally had to plead with them to cancel my order & refund my money which took weeks to get back. They basically jerked me around for a couple months claiming they had animals on stock that they in reality don't have. Avoid Reptilecity, save your money, time, & sanity from a Mailorder Nightmare.

I ordered a T for Christmas for my son and was assured it would be delivered. After many phone calls, texts, and emails were ignored I finally received a text saying that IF my order was to be shipped I would get an email. Never happened. Someone finally answered on Christmas Eve and blamed Fedex for not shipping and it would be shipped after Christmas. I canceled the order via voice message, text and email and have not received a refund. Stay away from these scammers.

I ordered a tortoise from reptilecity.com a while back. It arrived in 2 days instead of 1, in a flat USPS box with no airholes. It was completely sealed. The tortoise came underweight and he had pneumonia and a vitamin A deficiency. After spending $100+ on medication and vet bills, the tortoise unfortunately passed. I emailed to complain, and ended up being ignored. I decided to buy a tortoise from a new place to replace my deceased tortoise. After 4+ months, I randomly recieved a replacement tortoise in the mail, in the same horrible packaging. I didn't have room for a second tortoise, so I had to give it away. Moral of the story, do not purchase from reptile city unless you like supporting a company who abuses both it's animals and its customers.

They don't ship you anything and you can call them and message them numerous times. They'll just ignore you. That's what happened to me. They just took my money, ignored me, and I kept waiting and waiting. Don't believe all the 5 star reviews. They're fake reviews written by the owner.

Order two baby iguanas one red and one blue. Already have a baby green iguana from somewhere else locally from me. Both Iguana came in perfect health and condition. Both are very active and comfortable in their new enclosure. No mites were found on either of them. Bonus that both iguana sent were similar in weight/size. Blue was 40grams and the red 34grams which also went perfect with the green one we already had which was 40 grams as well. Will gladly do business again with them.

My "overnight" shipment took 3 days. My poor snakes that I ordered for my 8 year old son had no air holes in the package shipped USPS! And when I got them finally one wasn't what I ordered. I called and the idiot, Felton said he "upgraded" my son's okeetee corn snake to an albino because it looks so close to a normal corn snake. I purposely ordered a normal corn snake and an okeetee corn snake because of that reason! Now he wants me to pay the shipping to send back a snake "he decided" to send me and a 20% restocking fee because the idiot didn't think we knew what we wanted!?!? We're lucky they even arrived alive after 3 days in a tupperware container, wrapped in newspaper, in a box, in another sealed box with NO air holes! What an $#*!! I will NEVER do business with these idiots again and I hope they loose their license and business.
