I was very satisfied with my first experience with Brands Republic. They let me know that there would be a small delay with the shipment, but the shipment still arrived within a very satisfactory amount of time, the package was boxed well, and the purchase was just what I had hoped it would be. I would not hesitate to order with Brands Republic again.
I placed my order (order # 1936) on June 26,2021 and have, regularly, checked the tracking status which still shows that the item has not yet been shipped. For this reason, I would like to cancel my order, immediately, and have this charged credited back to my credit card. I've also tried, several times, to reach someone by phone at *******556 and to no avail. Very disappointing experience.
Int reach customer service, no contact is responding to me
Despite website says it will be shipped within 5 days. It's now been 2 weeks
Ordered ram. Havent heard anything about it. Its been 3 weeks
