Terrible service

Our recycle was a day late (no big deal) so the following day the driver was emptying the cans and he dumped one completely over. He then started to move his truck until I had to stop him and tell him to pick up the garbage on the street. His response…"oops…I'm running behind". Really? That's how you train your employees?
