Went on and Created certificates in multiple but found you may not use multiple at once - cant use Fri, Sat, Sun either, cant use more than one a month- rules on top of rules that make it difficult to use them. Customer service ignored emails, calls, and I tried numerous times to receive assistance. The only way I reached a live person over the three days I was in this mess- I had to call the number dedicated to restraunt professionals only- they were forced to deal with me! They refused to provide a full refund- and said I would loose the sum in total. Then after hearing my total dissatisfaction, the rep. Had the nerve to ask me if I wanted the daily promotion of $100 in gift certificates for a small fee- You have got to be kidding! It was then I saw the list of below poor reviews this company has, most stating most places do not honor the certificates so I called the restrarunt I had purchased- They answered. Hyatt Hotel! The restruant was located in the Hyatt Regency Hotel! No mention of that in the description. The second certificate to another restraunt when I called was no longer in business... DONE! It was far too much aggravation for far too little savings and it is just a huge misrepresentation. I am letting my company benefits department know to remove this promotion as they provided the referral as an employee perk- they need to remove this site for the tens of thousands of employees it could affect. I am also reporting their elusive and deceptive practices to the BBB. My advice is run don't walk away from this disaster of a company!
