So the first time I used it, I didn't cancel in time, they return me the money after I asked, so I thought they are not that bad. But this time I used it again, and cancelled it at the same day because I only want to use for once, and I contacted them to confirm that I've already cancelled. Funny thing happen, they still charge me 38 dollars even so! Now I believed what everyone are saying, they are a total scam company.
I was very satisfied by the features which helped me to build my cv. Very easy to form the cv and with style. My only comment is that it was difficult to print it; I also got unpleasant feedback from the HR people, who reviewed my cv, that it was not printed properly.

I started using the trail version to create my resume, but it was not flexible at all. For example I wanted to add icons in my personal information (e-mail, phone, linkedIn...) but I was not able to. Furthermore, I was not even able to change the title of the section, so I was forced to use whatever title that was given there.
Also, when you have a "link" section in your personal information section, you are expecting the link you provide there to be clickable, right? It was not.
Overall I ended up using google docs CV creator which gave me way more options for free.
All that said, your customer support works absolutely amazing! It was extremely fast and helpful.

I have purchased a trial period of 14 days and paid for it. However I was not aware that although I have paid for it, that my credit card will be charged for a month period. I contacted the customer support and agent Nathalie has understood my problem, checked my case, reviewed and said that the refund request has been approved.

I wanted to make a nice and proper resume and I went through their website and at the end there were options to pay for the resume. I spent almost an hour with my resume there. It is obviously my fault too to fall for that, but they could inform in front that it is a chargeable service.

Very helpful to get a cv really put together. It is always frustrating to have to futz with the margins and fonts on a resume in Word. So, this website helped me to put in exactly what I needed and customize as I wanted, but without the hassle of having to format the page correctly. Let's be clear about what Resume Coach offers. People don't read what they should read before signing up, and here's the problem. This goes for any online service that may come to mind. I know I can be a picky person, but I always double-check the terms and conditions from any service: from Amazon to Resume Coach. After reading the conditions carefully from this resume builder, I saw that if you don't cancel your subscription before the trial period ends, you will be charged with a monthly fee. So I didn't have any problem, as I had canceled the service before the free trial ended.
I first learned of Resume Coach from one of my friends cause he used it to get employment. That was years ago. And now I used it to update my resume and It definitely worked after few weeks I found a job! This website is definitely amazing and a must have for job seekers!

I was missing an option in the link section, to write a text instead of presenting the full link. Also we could use the option to edit the order of the sections, or for example move a custom section from the main page to the left side part, next to the skills and contact details.
