The process of making the resume is super easy, so at least that's a positive. Signed up for the 14 day trial so I could make my resume and charged $2.95. Finished my resume super quick and downloaded it. Went to my profile the same day and unsubscribed so I wouldn't be billed after the trial was over. They asked if I was sure I wanted to unsubscribe, I was... and I even did the survey at the end giving them feed back about my experience. Well two weeks later (today), my bank account was charged $30. Went on the site and shockingly I was still subscribed. Did the same thing again, I unsubscribed and did the survey with feedback for a second time. No help getting a refund either.
