You cannot change the size of font or color unless you pay for the deluxe. The standard is so small it can't be read. There is no where to cancel so they can smack you with $29.95 per month. This is fraud.

To clarify, we offer two types of services. Our free service allows users to create and download a basic resume in TXT format. However, if you'd like to have access to advanced templates, or the ability to download the document as a PDF, you'll need to upgrade to our paid service.
We would also like to point out that the customization of the resume and cover letter templates can be highly dependent on the template selected. Some templates offer more customization options than others. For this reason, we encourage you to try another of our templates whose customization is more suited to your style and needs, as we have a wide variety of professional templates on our website!
