To clarify, we offer a free service to all users that allows you to build your resume by following our suggestions, which you can then download as a.txt version. The paid service then gives our users access to premium templates and the ability to download a PDF version of their resume.

Advertised as free but I had to pay a small charge to download. I didn’t mind the fee, but you shouldn’t advertise as a free resume template.
