When you enter the website it shows that it's free, but after they require you to pay. Not honest and actually not fear, after working for a long time on your resume, you will feel the pressure of paying...
The resume was quick and easy and made me feel more confident about getting hired.

Don't charge for a "free" template! I took the time to fill in the template but in order to actually use it I am charged! Don't advertise free stuff if the consumer is going to have to pay to print the finished product.

The AI assistance was completely disappointing. In the section where I was supposed to enter my previous work experience, the AI tried to generate a statement of purpose.
