Used site to try out and cancelled it the same day. They charged me 4 months before I realized it. After they could see I never used the site they gave me one month charge back, but I never authorized even one month of charges. There site actually was horrible. I thought it was a simple template at best. I got more out of doing it myself and used chatgpt myself. Certainly don't need there service and they scammed be by charging and waiting for customers to realized it and call them in time. I'm still owed 3 x 29.95 = 89.85 in charges that I did not authorize. SCAM Alert. Erroneous charges!
When i search up the website it says that this is free and then you tell me it costs money at the end. I wouldn't have even been mad if you told be its the 3$ up front. Its more that I spent 20-30 min creating my resume before i found out so at that point i had to pay

The product and service was good until…
I received a notification from American Express that you charged an additional $25.+/- to the card. I apologize for anything I may have done to add to the confusion; however, I had no intention of contracting for any additional services or ongoing services. Can you please reverse? Thank you so much:-).

It would have been helpful to know that payment was required for your services before putting forth the effort to create the resume. The trial period is a fair exchange, I hope the cancellation process is easy.

Its bad services unfortunatly they took very long time to view my resume although I spent long time before I paid and I thought it was free they made me do everything to my resume and took long time and now still no result,its more than hour I have been wait and nothing!i paid for this services to get what I want very fast other wise there is no sense for signing up in this website.there is a lot of websites offers better services and FAST!

You did not tell customers it was going to cost money to access resume in the beginning so if I was unable to pay the cost, I would've spent a lot of unnecessary time that I could have been using elsewhere. Aside from that, resume coach was very helpful.

I paid for one time resume that should have coast about 1 dollar but was charged with 40 dollars! Don't trust them they are a $#*! company and will still your money if you let them.

Accidentally deleting a content block next to the language description part makes it irreversible. No content can be added there and it looks wierd in the end.
In addition, Hebrew stays left to right with bullet points to the left of the text making it seem robotic and "ChatGPT" vibe.
Stated it was free, had a nice look to it and it was available in Hebrew.

The resume looks lovely. But when I print it out, it does not break up headers from one page to the next. The bullet points at the very bottom of the page are not even in printing territory. I cannot find a way to change or update this.

You should warn people that they are gonna pay for the resume and not make them pay while the have spent valuable time writing it. The resume table is great but the payment thing really threw me off not because 1$ is too expensive but because it feels completely dishonest and sneaky. That's all.

The site makes it straightforward to redesign and improve your CV from an existing CV that you can upload. The structure is easy to follow, and the use of AI allows you to add extra comments that could improve your CV, although the AI generated comments appear to be generic and not necessarily related to anything appearing in your own CV. When uploading your own CV your existing format can cause the site to mis-identify supporting detail as a separate employment event.
