Used site to try out and cancelled it the same day. They charged me 4 months before I realized it. After they could see I never used the site they gave me one month charge back, but I never authorized even one month of charges. There site actually was horrible. I thought it was a simple template at best. I got more out of doing it myself and used chatgpt myself. Certainly don't need there service and they scammed be by charging and waiting for customers to realized it and call them in time. I'm still owed 3 x 29.95 = 89.85 in charges that I did not authorize. SCAM Alert. Erroneous charges!
I feel I am going to the right page to update my resume. They are professional, interact with my requirements, and rightly deliver the resume as per my requirements at a very reasonable charge

I was told I would be charged a few dollars for using the service but my bank statement shows I was charged over $29. The service was helpful in the beginning but I'm definitely upset about the fact that I was charged 10 times more than I was told I would be charged. It should be straightforward billing, and should not charge you extra money when you haven't been provided the total they're charging you.

I'm glad the cost wasn't much, but for some it might be and to do all the work on putting together a resume only to have to pay a fee you were unaware was coming is not cool. Cost should be upfront before you use the service
