When you enter the website it shows that it's free, but after they require you to pay. Not honest and actually not fear, after working for a long time on your resume, you will feel the pressure of paying...

Very easy to create my new resume. I wish the layouts were a bit more customizable (there were some empty spaces where I wanted to move one of my sections, but unfortunately I couldn't do that because of how the template was configured) overall great experience tho!

Your site stated that it was free to build a resume, but then you charged me not only $2.45 to download it, but also want to keep charging me every month almost $30. Not only do I find it sketchy to go through the entire process thinking it was free, but why on Earth would I need to keep paying every month for the same resume? Not cool.

To clarify, when users sign up for our 14-day trial period (giving access to premium templates and other benefits like being able to download the resume in PDF format), if the user does not cancel the subscription, the account automatically changes to a monthly subscription.

I love how the process was so streamlined and incredibly easy to input what I wanted in the fields. The offered prompts were also incredibly helpful! I didn't have to stress over my format getting messed up and having to spend hours trying to fix it. This was a breeze and was great to use in a pinch. A great opportunity fell into in my lap and I had to jump on creating a current and impressive resume. I'm a perfectionist, so creating one from scratch—as I've done in the past—would've taken several hours, but using ResumeCoach it only took me a couple very-focused hours and I was able to send it out that night! I received compliments on my resume and I don't doubt that having a beautifully formatted and easy to read resume helped me get my dream job!
