User-friendly, efficient, and cost-effective. If you are not great with words or just don't feel like putting forth the effort. Set aside 10-20 mins to click a few buttons and skim through a few pre-written text options. To me it was like making a Facebook or dating profile for the first time. Easy!

This feels like a bait and switch. You advertise this as free, but once the information is typed in, you charge for the resume. I am very unhappy with this practice. If you had been honest up front, I would have been able to make an informed decision and I would have rated your service much higher.

I love all the details that help. It really breaks it down and you have so many choices. The only down part was it came off as free, and then after going through all that time and finishing the resume; it asked for money. I just think you should know from the beginning.
