I was having an awful day when I noticed that I had an extra charge of $29.95. I contacted their support team to discuss the reason. The agent who attended my case worked with her supervisor until my request was answered. She explained to me all the details clearly and sent everything to my e-mail as a follow-up. Refund received, no problem at all with that. Very helpful team.

I was pretty undecided about whether to do my resume in chronological order, Skills-based, Functional or Combined. And to be honest I didn't have much of a clue as to what was the best choice for my profession either. I liked it, but still there is better to improvise it. For example, Presentation delivered, certified Courses completed, Project brief and project value. I did not understand the title under Objective, " you can explain, what I m suppose use it for. Its a brief overall summary or profile summary.
