I was charged the full price after signing up for the $2 - 14 day trial, because I forgot to cancel the subscription after the first few days. I contacted support regarding this and got a reply within minutes and also had a refund approved within minutes. Very impressed. Great product as well.

Beautiful templates for resume creation. The result comes out as it should with a carefully structured resume right to the point. It also allocates all the information perfectly just so your cv has a reasonable, easy on the eye, length.

I was quite interested in their services when I first created my resume, and the 14 day unlimited plan was onlycost less than 5$. After the two week period I was billed $30! When I had first made my initial payment, they did not provide any transparent detail that they would bill me such a high cost after the 14-day trial.

So basically I subscribed for a basic membership and forgot to unsubscribe so that it doesn't charge me 30 dollars. But it eventually charged 30 dollars which is a lot for me as a poor student from middle Asia. So then Nathalie from resume coach helped me and immediately approved the refund and I hope I will get the money back.
But besides I love resume coach its very useful and handy to use and has many tools for cv building. Love it amazing wonderful!

I recommend this app because the variety of templates of different models. Also, it's really a time-saver, as it has several options that you can choose to be added in your cv without having to write it manually. I will use it again in the future, for sure. I want also to talk about the Costumer Service team. They will connect with you via chat. My experience is that this was fast. I have the pleasure to talk with a nice man called Andrew, that solved my problem kindly.

This site was misleading in a "free" resume builder. While it was free to build it; it was not free to save it. I am highly recommending friends and family to avoid using this site.

Ridiculously expensive. Advertised as free template on Google so I spent an hour making my resume to be asked for payment.
