Resume Coach helped me update me resume this spring. The templates were modern, stylish, and attractive. They also helped me use active and exciting verbs in order to sell my talents and strengths. As of May 2022, I am transferring companies and so thankful for the support that Resume Coach provided.

The website is very easy to navigate through and helps you step by step. It is absolutely fail proof and I love it. This is my "go to" company for my resume. I am happy to share that I received a promotion recently with their help. I also used this a few years ago for a part time job that I wanted and was hired. Just make sure you check when you are done that your subscription is canceled otherwise you will be billed monthly.

The pages would come out larger than A4 and you could not change the positioning of the sections. It was disappointing because I liked the way it site simplified creating a Resume

I only noticed that my subscription was not canceled when the automatic renewal happened. I immediately contacted the support team and they initiated the refund and membership cancellation without asking a question. Very grateful for them!

Resume coach gave me 14 days free service and when I cancelled the subscription on my 1st day they immediately blocked my resume. They should have retained 13 days of free remaining service but they didn't.
And they keep changing their unsubscribe process/page so that you get confused and they can deduct $29 for each renewal. They never send you a message that they have deducted money from your account. They have recently deduced 82AUD$ from account despite unsubscribing beforehand.
They never respond to my mails

I tried the CV and motivation letter creation with Resume Coach, it was the first time I found something like that. It is nice to know about that tools but for me its too expensive
