I was quite interested in their services when I first created my resume, and the 14 day unlimited plan was onlycost less than 5$. After the two week period I was billed $30! When I had first made my initial payment, they did not provide any transparent detail that they would bill me such a high cost after the 14-day trial.

I am a stay-at-home mom of 10 years and writing a resume for the first time in so long felt daunting. I was really grateful for the step-by-step help as well as the rewording options from AI to help get back into the professional world vernacular.
I needed a new resume but I'm so busy with my current job that I could never find the time to think about that I wanted to put in my resume. So glad this website has so many examples and tips! Definitely made the process easier and faster. Thanks Lucy for showing me this!

So basically I subscribed for a basic membership and forgot to unsubscribe so that it doesn't charge me 30 dollars. But it eventually charged 30 dollars which is a lot for me as a poor student from middle Asia. So then Nathalie from resume coach helped me and immediately approved the refund and I hope I will get the money back.
But besides I love resume coach its very useful and handy to use and has many tools for cv building. Love it amazing wonderful!

Stay away! How they write that this is a free product, then before downloading you have to pay! This is stealing! Bc I am writing it for 1 hour and wont do it all over again, and you know that.
Also this is not as it seems in the preview you need to modify it

I recommend this app because the variety of templates of different models. Also, it's really a time-saver, as it has several options that you can choose to be added in your cv without having to write it manually. I will use it again in the future, for sure. I really liked the look and feel of the resume templates. However, I did not like the pricing plan options. I wish it were possible to pay by the document (1-2$ per item) instead of a recurring charge, which doesnt make much sense for this kind of service.

Totally scam! I don't recommend to anyone. They trick you during unsubscription from 14 days trial. You think you completed the steps but they charge you the amount $29.95 since you skipped a very tricky unsubscription process. I contacted the customer service right away and asked for refund but they refused to refund. What a shame. Taking advantage of people and not giving back their hard earned money. I hope you lose 1000 times. I am extremely disappointed.
