Used website, got my resume, paid what I thought was a one time fee and done. THEN two weeks later, I got an unauthorized reoccurring charge for $30 without my approval!

To clarify, when users sign up for our 14-day trial period (giving access to premium templates and other benefits like being able to download the resume in PDF format), if the user does not cancel the subscription, the account automatically changes to a monthly subscription.

I prepared my resume using this website and was ready to download it and understood that I would be charged after 14 days. I wanted to pay via Amazon instead of directly giving my payment information to the website which would be dangerous to do with any new untrusted site. But for some reason, the Amazon pay option would not load at all. My internet was completely fine, I have refreshed it several times, I have tried everything I could to be able to pay through Amazon but it would not load even though it was an option that they provide. After reading other people's reviews about how this company runs their business, there is a chance that this is a tactic that would force me to directly give them my bank details. I would not recommend this service.

I can say that it's true like everyone here, I got charged with a $29.95 fee after a month of downloading just a single resume. But it's also true that I received a refund. After explaining to them that I couldn't afford their monthly service, they understood my situation. They didn't hesitate to give me my money back. Don't get me wrong but my advice is: stop complaining and contact them now. They have a 100% refund policy. You have the chance to get your money back.
