Really good service, the templates for resumes are quick and easy and they have a wide variety of styles. The website is easy to use and allows the resumes to practically write themselves. Customer service agent cindy was also really helpful. Overall i would use them again

I was automatically charged for a subscription. There was a misunderstanding from my side, as I had sent an email to unsubscribe from the services, but it did follow through with the whole process. I requested a refund and was assisted promptly

I can say that it's true like everyone here, I got charged with a $29.95 fee after a month of downloading just a single resume. But it's also true that I received a refund. After explaining to them that I couldn't afford their monthly service, they understood my situation. They didn't hesitate to give me my money back. Don't get me wrong but my advice is: stop complaining and contact them now. They have a 100% refund policy. You have the chance to get your money back.

Writing a resume is not easy (at least for me). A friend of mine told me "Google it". That's what I did and how I found this editor. It has good examples of how to write a resume. I've used some of their tips to write mine from scratch.
