I made my resume and I am still being charged 35 dollars every month. Do people really need a subscription to make a resume. Why am I still being charged?
I thought I could use your service for 35 bucks, but got locked in to a subscription. Please cancel. I only needed one resume for myself.

To clarify, when users sign up for our 14-day trial period (giving access to premium templates and other benefits like being able to download the resume in PDF format), if the user does not cancel the subscription, the account automatically changes to a monthly subscription.
