I liked the simplicity on resume builder. But the lack of editing features and continuous errors trying to save new work over the existing file was disappointing and frustrating.
Nice and polite. But I didn’t get the help I was hoping for when I emailed them about ‘editing’ features.
I checked few sites out. Decided RC’s price and features would suit my need to give my stake resume a fresh and current look!

The Sections did not include Professional Qualification which is so common. I used Certification/Courses instead but there was no flexibility for me to edit the title and change the position. The produced CV is not in A4 layout in 2 pages but stretched too long.

I haven't needed a resume for 13 years, so when I did, the task seemed very daunting. Resume Coach and the AI really helped and I know it was a lot better than would I would have put out myself.

Its a decent site but pretty limited. You also have to be very detail oriented in that it will throw the examples in your experience or education areas if you dont watch carefully. I.e. The system used Louis Viton sales rep on my resume to show what they wanted in that section. I added my experience and when I went to download it, I noted that LV example was still in the experience section of my resume.

Don't advertise that your a free resume builder, when you end up charging customers $3 to download the resume. Be Honest and Fair when it comes to sales and ads for your company, not only for the customer's sake but to prove that your company stays true to their word and not lie to their customers like they just did.
