The cost of creating a resume was a couple of dollars, and in the end they took all the money from my credit card by deducting 30 dollars each month. I didn't see it in time because I didn't get a statement. Who should I turn to now after a year? This site is a fraud because no one informed me that they will deduct this amount every month, which means they misused the data. Beware of this site!

So difference between txt format and pdf format is 100 dollar. You kidding me.
And without going into the absurdity of the price difference, you should have informed me of the pdf price and asked for my consent to charge. And that was not done clearly and comprehensibly. It was fast and friendly usage. They have a lot templates to pick from. I thought it was free but they make you sign up for a 14 days free trial and then let you pay.

There was no indicator that the final product would cost me money until AFTER I had put 30 minutes or more into it. That's not very open or honest. Felt like a "gotcha." Just a simple indicator when someone starts of what it will cost would be much more honest.

I was able to create my resume easily. It was updated. Beautiful, and it even had my picture. I put a lot of time into this only to be asked to pay for the privilege of downloading my work?!
At that point who wants to try and start over? So I paid the minimal fee, grudgingly. This was a wonderful resource but the less than stellar bait and switch makes me not want to come back. I dislike companies that are not to upfront about their pricing. That tells me that either to don't think your service is worth the price you're asking. Instead, they wait until a potential client has invested their time and the hold their finished product hostage in we exchange for a small fee.
It said it was free.
Sadly, it wasn't.

The CV does not come on multiple pages. It shrinks itself to fit in one page cramped up together, whereas there should be an option for multiple pages. Before downloading it looks different and right, but as soon as you've made the payment, it's a whole other thing.
