Easy to use, step by step completion on resume. I used this to help me apply for a job as soon as I got finished.

Unless I missed it, It doesn't mention needing to pay to download the resume I made until the very end when I go to download it. So I spend all of this time and effort creating a resume just to be paywalled. I'm going to be unsubcribing the second I download it. A suggestion would be to allow it do be downloaded once before needed to pay or mentioning it earlier

I have this problem
Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to request a refund for a recent charge that was made to my account without my consent.
Specifically, I was charged for a membership that I did not wish to subscribe to, and I would like to request a full refund of the amount charged.
The charge was made on 3rd April, and the amount charged was 29.95 Euro(642.75 Turkish Liras). I did not authorize this charge, nor did I receive any notice or confirmation that a charge would be made.
And you helped me a lot, my experience was totally great.

I had to cancel my credit card because of this site. They charged me every month 29.95$ even though i asked them several times to unsubscribe me. What an awful experience. DO NOT TRUST THEM
