I bought it. Looked at it. Didn't want it. Tried to click on ' my subscription' but it doesn't work. Tried messaging and got repeated automated messages back, that didn't actually respond to my request to cancel and get the refund. Then I was told someone would get back to me in 24- 48 hours. The phone number gives you a recorded message. There is no actual way to contact anyone and neither you nor I will ever see a refund. If you want to do wall Pilates, click on YouTube and find some great videos for free. Please do not take this offer. It is a SCAM! The diet is a joke also BTW and I wasn't even looking for a diet. They make it sound like all you have to do is wall Pilates but then the actual program is loaded down with diets and lousy recipes as well. They seriously have no interest in helping anyone lose weight. It's all a cash grab. $20 at a time. Taking advantage of folks with problems. Hateful. I curse you Reverse Health and all like you. If I could I'd select no stars or negative stars.

Questionable integrity. Beware of the automatic subscription that you never approved that is more than twice the original amount and happens after 6 months. You'll contact Reverse on the endless merry go round of further unlimited access when you request a refund. No thanks.

I emailed asking for a refund after 4 days. I explained I'm bone on bone in my right knee. They refuse to give me a refund for all.my monies. But instead want to give me lifelong access ( they're words) for their online books. I don't need access to cookbooks. I told them No Thank you I just want a refund. They're yet just another online scam. STAY AWAY!

No one here remembers signing up for this. $60.00 per month against CC for the last 3 months! No idea what it even is? So far, not possible to talk to a human.

I corresponded with Jessie- who at first couldn't find my account- then assured me that she had canceled my subscription-- days later I'm charged another 60 dollars. I guess Jessie was not only incompetent but a liar.

I saw the offer and took thought I might try it. However due to a knee surgery of a tumor removal, I felt I will have problems and more pain if I did the program. I canceled a few hours later explaining my health issue
I was refused my refund! They like to take seniors money! Rip off!

I did the trail cancelled after a day never used and then they took the monet from PayPal, the money was still pending but when I complained they claimed it,
After complaining they refused to refund anything,
They say I didn't cancel but they have proof I didn't use the app,
And refusing to give any refund at all

I bought the cheap initial plan for 12 dollars, and suddenly they charged me the next plan for 38 dollars and without my consent. I am disappointed and worried if they will continue to charge this charge to my bank card for the next few months. Don't buy it, false advertising. And the eating plan is nothing new.

The customer service does not help the customers, no way you can receive reimbursement to cancel even 1 day after. I hope nobody fell into their claws. I had never used it and it has been a problem to get back my money

I didn't mind 'trying' the app for £15 for 1 mth. Was interested in the Pilates which was ok. It auto renewed for £38, more than a gym membership! Ripped off. I would not want 2 mths of this app it's not good enough. No message to say it would auto renew. Scammers.

The app has been malfunctioning for a week. Miraculously it wasn't working in time for me to cancel my subscription. So I got charged for multiple months while I had a complaint open with them. Of course, they aren't going to give you a refund. They told me they would but then withdrew that. I just kept getting a message that they're very sorry this isn't the outcome that I wanted when they didn't give me the outcome they told me I could have. The messages felt like they were generated from AI. Totally frustrating and shows no integrity. So I have a nice broken app that I am paying for. It wasn't that great when it was working.

I subscribed less than 2 hrs ago. I did not expect to have to use a mobile app to get to meal plans.
How the service is offered, did not make that clear upfront.
This is false advertising.
When I ask to be reimbursed, I'm being ignored.

I've have - after struggle - been told that the subscription fee will be reimbursed, but it could take 10 working days. I will believe it when I see it.

This is a scam. The so called diet is so limited that it is impossible to follow. You can record what you eat but it doesn't give you calories or any other value.
They refund your money.

They put an ad on instagram for 5.99 and chargee me twice within a month on my paypal account 15,99 and 38.99! They don't answe messages. This is a ripp off.

Auto charged me, was willing to cancel the subscription, but refused 179 refund. Horrible company. Their customer service is horrendous.

I joined (my error) last night and within 3 minutes realized I joined the wrong program and messaged them immediately. After numerous messages and they kept offering me incentives to stay I said no. They said they'd get back to me within 24-48 hours. They just emailed me telling me how lucky I am that they'll only charge me 50% and give me lifetime access. No, I want my money back. I don't want to be associated period with a company who is this unethical. Horrible service. My husband is an attorney and said this is unethical practice and he will get involved next.

A year ago, I don't remember when I must have clicked on something on Instagram out of curiosity to see about Reverse Health. Well, a year later they charged $99 for a recurring subscription. I didn't know I was subscribed. When I looked on my iPhone under subscriptions, Reverse Health does NOT show on the list. I had to seek out their website to make sure I was unsubscribed (I didn't even know I was subscribed!). They won't refund me even though I never use their program, and didn't know I had access to it. Instead they show me a screen grab of their policies that my subscription is non-refundable. Well, I never saw this policy! I'm like, where was I shown this?

Do not click on anything from Reverse Health, even if you're just curious.

Beware of their subscription auto renew function. They'll keep taking money for something you never asked for or wanted. You'll get scripted responses to your request for a refend and a whole lot of offers for things like longer, cheaper subscriptions but you'll never get your money back. They say they can't process a refund when it's actually that they won't. They care about money, not your health. Run far far away for this mob.
