Scam beware!

I bought a 28 day package from reverse health. I am autistic and have ADHD. I did maybe a week of the exercises and then my mental health detiorated exponentially. This was in March I believe. Since then Reverse Health charged me 68.65 twice, in August and November WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE! Beware! Even when I explained this they refused to refund me. I am a person on low income but they do not care. They charged me and refused to refund for absolutely NOTHING because I didn't use the app at all and was not aware!

TERRIBLE SCAM COMPANY

Absolute fraud of a company. I pay $7 for a 1 week diet plan and never received the plan. Then without my knowledge or permission they took a further $40 for a reoccurring plan I never agreed to or knew about. Horrible people and dishonest company. Avoid.

Please be aware of REVERSE HEALTH. Unethical and she be reported. App is the worse and not possible to cancel. Remove money from your bank account. Saying that it's in the small print that they can. Scamming hard working people out of their money

£94+ FOR 4/5 DAYS USE

Tried this company cost £26+ for downloading app, sucked up that cost as deleted app after 4/5 days app had no where I saw to cancel it.it was no good for me. Then weeks later charged me £68+, cancelled it 2 days later after I asked about it PAYPAL up held there claim even though it says online money back if you cancel in 7 days.

Please make sure you do not use this company as after the trial period they misuse personal data and bank details. They do this by automatically renew discounted subscriptions and take more than double the amount of subscription fee off your account. When I try to cancel subscription, they refuse to cancel it and make numerous offers but not cancel my payment. I am in the process of reporting them to the Information Commissioner's Office and hope that this will not happen to anyone else. Please see independent trustpilot.com service and product review website how many other customers complain about the same issue!

Zero stars. These scam artists signed me up for a renewal without my knowledge. Initial payment was £25 for 3 months which was again charged at £66. All they could say is I'm sorry you are frustrated. Absolute scam!

Diese App ist eine Abbo-Falle. Mir wurde trotz Kündigung insgesamt 232 € zuviel abgebucht, die Kündigung via App wurde scheinbar komplett ignoriert. Die Konversation mit dem Customer-Dienst ist zeitaufwändig und nutzlos. Bitte erspart euch diese nutzlose App und fallt nicht auf das Köder-Angebot rein. Bringt nichts, man ist nur sein Geld los.

Canceling the program is nearly impossible. It took several emails with them trying to convince me to stay. The "automatic renewal" charges were double what I was originally charged, and the original charge was more than I understood it would be from the misleading ads. In the end, I got nothing from the program except headaches, and it cost over $150

Kinda useless

Recipes are pretentious and unrealistic if you have a full time job. Plan is loosely goosey and UX on the app is rather underwhelming.

Save your mi et and get a free water tracking app because that's the only intuitive part.

As for meal plan, you will go bankrupt and crazy trying to make it work unless you are a home maker. Not realistic for someone in their 40s with a full time job and family to feed unless you want to make 2 meals a day.

Maybe if you are a full time tick ticker this would work for you but not in the real world.

No stars is what I would give them total scam stay far away. Everything about them screams scam. They do not refund your money and their "program" is absolute rubbish. Get yourself a dietitian and a personal trainer if you want sustainable results.
