Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
I ordered a Bell Qualifier helmet that arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately it didn't fit correctly so I had to return it unused. I tried to ibtain a return label through the website but it was impossible. I the called customer service, explained the situation and they sent me a return label by email. Prompt and couteous service, withiut hassles.
I ordered some riding cargo pants and hip protectors. They were received when I was told they would be and fit well.

This wind screen is stated to be a touring screen and is slightly taller than the stock screen, but it still is not tall enough to take the wind off of the head. Additionally, the screen, while taller than stock, is also more narrow than stock which means a more narrow band of wind blockage. It would be better to be taller and wider, or at least as wide. I'll need to add additional brackets to raise the windshield more and purchase auxiliary wind deflectors for the sides to compensate for the narrow band.

Worry free, timely delivery I have come to expect, thank you! However, my very expensive Merlin waterproof leather jacket has the snaps on the cuffs broken and/or missing. But that's on Merlin and not you folks. I will go back to Alpinestars for leather gear.
