Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
DELIVERY TIME WAS PERFECT...LESS THAN A WEEK FROM ORDERING MY PIPES WERE AT MY DOOR. PRICING WAS ALSO GREAT.

Fast and easy filters are helpful needed a new battery for my z125 I just got a month ago also wanted to replace the $60 helmet I bought to ride the bike home, love the new helmet have gotten a lot of compliments so far visor is quick and easy to change, helmet is way lighter than Nolan and Bell helmets that I have. I expect the battery to perform well as I have not even filled it with the electrolytes it came with yet.
I had to call to make a return and order the correct helmet and the representative was polite, informed and helpful.

I had a customer service issue with a purchase (not your fault), and the customer service representative was excellent…polite, helpful, knowledgeable!
The Castor 2 Gloves would have been nice, but the pinky finger was 3/4" too long on one glove, and other fingers were also too long. The other glove fit well, but the hard knuckle caused actual pain on my knuckle. No amount of leather break-in could have fixed that as the hard plastic was digging into my skin.
When I called to get return authorization, there was so much "I'm-working-from-home" background noise that I could barely hear the representative. She clearly had no interest in my experience with the gloves and was abrupt to the point of rudeness. Never offered any advice about selecting other gloves. Rushed me off the phone.
When so many glove manufacturers have these common QC issues these days, a painless return process is crucial. Not so here.

Everything went pretty well except for the fact that when I ordered my rods and high flow intake, I paid for 2 day delivery. I ordered those 2 items last Wednesday, and I did receive my rods on Thursday, which was great! On the other hand the intake did not arrive until today, a week later. I was not happy about the wait considering I paid for 2 day delivery. Also I have another item that was ordered prior to these 2 items. I ordered a Dynojet tuner, and have yet to receive it. This is of course very irritating considering that I cannot do the cam and rods without it, because it is required for me to tune my bike so it will run properly.
I chose ya'll for the tuner initially, I just happen to be searching on the internet and came across your site. I ordered other parts through another site, and they had an issue with the billing for some reason. It had to be on their end, because I have plenty of money and I ordered through ya'll and everything went well. So I decided to order those parts on my own through your site instead. I was able to make and complete my part of the order, but I'm still waiting on 1 of the items I ordered. I previously stated this in the above message.
They are quality products, and I wanted to make some upgrades on my bike.

Delivery takes too long. I placed an order and it's not shipped out for 5-7 days then another 5-7 for delivery.
Need to deliver within 4 days which is what EBay offers on most products 2 days with Amazon.
Other providers were not specific about firmest to my discontinued helmet. Revzilla was specific.

I ordered a helmet and got the wrong color. Not the one I picked. It was the last helmet in the style I wanted so I assume it changed the color. I called and you worked with me but didn't have the color I wanted. I really liked the helmet so I got it anyway. I wish I would have gotten the other color tho.
