Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Pipe sounds great and the install was easy. Item arrived 3 days early so that's a plus. Overall great experience

Finally, after months of waiting on the AGV k1s I was able to finally purchase. The package was shipped and delivered earlier than expected, and the helmet is just what I wanted.

I've used Revzilla over the past 10+ years for product reviews and purchasing new moto gear. The site is easy to navigate and the product selection is excellent. On occasion when I've needed to return something due to a need for different sizing, the process is simple and I've always had my returns completed and funds returned to me as quickly as possible.

Nowhere was it mentioned that I would need to pay $237 import tax on my helmet. And nowhere did it state that I was required to contact UPS in order for them to send me an invoice to be paid before my helmet could clear customs. Even after 5 emails to Revzilla with screenshots of my tracking history they sort of didn't really no why my order was being held up at a warehouse for 6 days.

The Heidenau K60 Scout is a great 50/50 tire for commuting around the city and hitting dirt roads and easy trails in the mountains on a retro bike. Plus, they look great on the Royal Enfield and are said to last a long time.
I received a Merlin Tewkesbury Jacket that arrived with several flattened buttons, a broken zipper on the arm pocket, and several marks/abrasions on the fabric. Mark at Revzilla took care of my exchange request quickly and the new jacket looks amazing!
Mark was professional and courteous and got my issue straightened out immediately. Before I knew it I had my new jacket and was riding with it through the mountains!

I ordered a pair of riding shoes. When they arrived the box was correct but inside there were a different, less expensive shoes. After a call the customer service handled the issue without issue. The pair I originally ordered were out of stock in my size but they replaced them with a more expensive pair at no additional charge to me. I was 100% happy with the resolution.

Originally thought I would need a 2XL as my measurement were between the XL and 2XL on the sizing chart. My chest measures between 44 - 46 inches with arm length between 34 - 35 inches. However a XL ended up being the correct size.
