Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
It's nice to work with a company that does what it says its going to do. No problems, no complaints.
I want to support Common Tread.
I chose the Bridgestones because of the price and the rebate. I chose the Joe Rocket jacket because it fit me in the dealer but that particular store doesn’t entertain me like Common Tread does.

I can trust Revzilla. With other retailers, (ie: Amazon), you never really know if they know what you’re ordering. Revzilla used to advertise that everyone there rode motorcycles in some capacity. Ergo- I trust you more!

The photos for this helmet were great, but only contained a black visor which was not the actual visor included in this purchase. Instead it comes with a clear one. I had to look back into the product specifications to read the tucked-away fine print of it not containing the black visor. Misleading advertising.

Always great product selection and great service at Revzilla. As I prepped for a track day, I remembered I needed to change front brake pads on the bike. They had the parts in stock and shipped them immediately. I had them in hand a couple days later. Perfect timing to get it all done before I headed out to Willow Springs.

Yoour service has always been good. I was looking or a gortex riding jacket and found one in your open box section. It was a large. Add said they run a bit small. I can often wear a medium so thought/hoped it would work. Unfortunately, it didn't. The Jacket was way too small for me, even as a large. So small I couldn't get it on and zipped,

I ordered from Revzilla a couple of years ago. I had issues with receiving the items in a timely manner. I deicide to give Revzilla another chance. They advertise "ships within 24hrs" right? I ordered 3 items on Friday the 31st all of which showed in stock. 2 of the items were marked shipped on Saturday June 1st and one item was marked ship Tuesday June 4th ok not exactly 24hrs but not a big deal. Estimated arrival was Thursday June 6th, on the 6th it didnt show so date was changed to the 7th didnt show then 8th, 10th,11th etc... I contacted Revzilla on the 10th asking about my shipment. They responded with my tracking info (which i already had) and advised i wait another 7 days before contacting them again. I did receive my items today June 13th. I dont normally write reviews about companies and understand things happen, but when led to believe they ship fast and i would have quickly is far from true. They claim they ship next day and they should say they will mark shipped but probably not actually shipped.
Had not received the items so i used your chat feature to ask about the order. Was given the tracking and told to wait another 7 days. Not explanation, no sorry for delay,

If you end up needing to make an exchange for a different size, you're basically told to just place a brand new order. Kinda strange in this day and age.
