Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.

The gear i ordered arrived very quickly and constant updated where provided.
I ordered a helmet and it got shipped almost immediately which I was pleased about. Unfortunately it took a full 9 days before I was able to reach out and ask where my helmet was. I got a noncommittal answer and an attempt at an apology. I got told my issue was passed onto another department and they should be contacting me. I was never contacted and I just got new shipping information on my order. It wasn't until 2 weeks after my order date that I received my helmet.
It was mediocre as people just listened to my problem but never really tried to fix them.
They had what I wanted.

Had the right part at a fair price, it just took almost a month to receive the fender that I ordered.

I opened a chat session with one of your reps. They were extremely helpful in helping me make sense of where I should be (as I fall between different sizing) on the size chart. They did the leg work for me on finding the right inserts to go with the purchase and closing out the sale.

Basically the size of your online presence gave me the confidence that my order would not only be completed but be done so quickly.
Also, the online videos showing the products being warn and talked about were very helpful. Especially the fact that they regularly point out the drawbacks that some pieces may have.
Alpinestar has a good reputation and a fit that is comfortable for me.
I'm kind of a brand-whore and a believer in "you get what you pay for".

It's was great that the OEM part I needed was available. 2 week wait for the part to ship sucked! If I'd noticed that it was a 2 week wait before shipping. I would've paid more elsewhere to get it sooner my bad. Other than the shipping I got what I needed 👍

I know they may not be AS protective as some of my other gear BUT I don't fear thesecoming down or off if I'm sliding down the road like the baggier pants I've gotten at other places sorry me about. They aren't crazy hot/thick, but other colors would be nice because as a Florida girly. These black items are killing me lol. They aren't super stretchy and it's always hard to find pants that fit nicely so it was difficult to get over my butt tbh but after a couple wears we are gravy train. I would definitely buy again, it's the first gear I've purchased that I don't think I look like a boy in😂 5'2 130 and I got a size 4 ( I'll try to add photos eventually to help)

I got a medium first in the gloves and they were too long in the fingers. Return process was easy though and the small fit better! Loved the rabbit design looks sick(:

I emailed revzilla on a exchange for a bigger helmet because the size chart runs small. I emailed twice because I didn't find the first response but both were helpful and excellent to work with.

Bought a Brake Free and had expected at least two helmet brackets in the package, so I could use easily interchangeable on two helmets. There were no content description for the product as far as I could see!

I purchased handguards to break the wind as I live in a colder area. There was no indication in the ad the guards required extra parts to make them fit. So, naturally they didn't fit. I would have been better off going to amazon, as I have a free return policy with them. Revzilla did finally offer me a free return, but it was a hassle I didn't need.
I found out I needed extra parts that may or may not fit so I returned the part I ordered. I was given a free shipping label. If that had not happened I would not be doing business in the future with Revzilla.
