Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
The Arai Quantum X helmet fits perfectly. The fit instructions were spot on and very helpful.
Revzilla always has what I need in stock and they are very helpful answering any questions.

Oh I particularly loved being called AND emailed by James D. His call was solely to yell at me and tell me I'm a horrible person. The best part was the email he sent me:
"At this point we are no longer interested in pursuing a business relationship with you, and as such, will not accept any new orders moving forward with any Comoto brand. This includes RevZilla, Cycle Gear, and J&P Cycles.
If you have any questions, reply only to this email. Do not attempt to contact any Comoto company by phone, as the call will be terminated."
Thanks RevZilla. Please tell dumb James to take a hike. I decided that I will go elsewhere with my money. And I'm spreading the news.
Your employee intentionally targeted me by sending emails and calling me to berate me. You have evidently empowered him to call your costumers to ridicule and demean them. Do the owners know that this man is going out of his way to verbally assault customers and send emails like this;

Having been a costumer since 2008 spending substantial amount on gear including 3 different helmets over 800 bucks, your employee James D. Behavior has convinced me to denounce your company and campaign against you.

Well I didn’t choose a product because James canceled my order.
I was a bit worried that the CE pads were a bit larger than the originals but they squeezed into the pockets.

My item was supposed to ship next business day but took 5. Said it was because a PO BOX was selected, but I've used a PO BOX every time i order and it never happened before, so why now.

Ordered two visors (one clear, one dark smoke). Parcel arrived on time and in good condition.
However, one of the visors inside arrived with its package already open and with one of the side pins missing.
Seems like it was a returned item or perhaps mishandled at the warehouse.
I'm a bit disappointed as this makes the riding experience very noisy and unpleasant.

I got these boots super fast - I learned my lesson and didn't put a PO Box - the shipping to a PO Box took forever last time.
Reliable service, and prices, while not better, are comparable to other retailers.

Could ask for an easier process. Helmet fits exactly as expected due to the previous reviews stating they run slightly small.
Just was the wrong part for my bike. Claimed to be compatible but it wasn't. Mostly because it didn't work with the barkbusters. That's on me.
