Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
What else is there to say? The site is easy to navigate, it allows me to narrow down my search how every I would like

Looking for 2024 adjustable brake lever and foot pedal for a new Harley...could not seem to locate this unicorn anywhere in stock. But then comes Revzilla...and in stock with matching foot pedal ready to ship to my house. Few days later, at my home and on the bike. Happy days!

Ordered a giant loop water bag, one gallon. There was a note on the order page it may take extra time to receive the order. My riding buddy ordered one the next day. He hadn't received his yet, so he used chat on the Revzilla site. They said they would ship from an alternate supplier and credited him $15 for the delay. So great for him. But I received my order a couple days after him and I ordered a day earlier. So by not complaining to support I paid more money and it took longer to get.
Always order all my riding gear and about half my accessories from Revzilla. Always good xperience, although shipping times seem to be pretty long since I signed up for RPM. Thought I would get things quicker, not slower.:-)
Excellent reviews on you tube channels for this product. Going on a 7,000 mile trip through some hot temps. Wanted an easy to carry water system to supplement my Mosko tank bag that has a built in water reservoir.
Love this site and using affirm makes it a breeze. Ordered helmets that had to be returned but that was strictly a sizing and style issue

I ordered a nitro bib it arrived quickly. However it had manufacturer mold issues. I sent in photos and just a few hours later Revzilla agreed. I sent the order back, as promised a replacement was sent. The Team at Revzilla didn't think the replacement would arrive before the next weekend so they overnighted a second to me. Pretty awesome

Ultimately I wish there were more refined search methods for specific items but what's provided is enough to get the job done. The site looks good and is functional, the purchasing process was easy and swift, and shipping was exactly as expected (arrived on time).
RevZilla is the best of the few online moto gear shops, in my opinion. They offer free shipping on most if not everything, it's a trusted and thus reliable site, and they offer not only the products but loads of information on exactly what it is you're buying. It's hard to get the wrong thing when you have detailed descriptions and product/products advise videos to pair it with.
I put a ton of time, effort, and research into any product that cost more than $100. When it comes to personal motorcycle safety that's kinda the standard for entry level equipment nowadays. So when I pick a particular product it's one I'm going to be comfortable using until I can't and then replacing. The point being it's a product that fit my rather picky criteria and passed. I'm no snob but I'm also not throwing money away to find out if a jacket or gloves are good enough for 100+ degrees when some other chump who's been riding for years already can tell me what to look for in a good product.
The site is easy to navigate. The checkout process is simple and just works. Everything arrived in good condition and within the expected time frame. Always a great experience dealing with Revzilla.

I have had a chance to try the gloves on now, and they are on the snug side (but that is how I like them, in order to allow for some stretch in the leather over use.) They appear to be really well made. I do have a couple nitpicks... I prefer the closure on gloves to be on the back of the wrist in case (knock wood) I need them in a wreck so that they don't come loose. These gloves in particular are kind of loose fitting at the wrist as well. This is not a RevZilla issue, just some thoughts for Held (who will probably never see this...)

Quality brand helmet with the features I wanted at a really good price.
Helmet appears to be an open box return. Customer Service Agent on the text claimed it was not. But box was not sealed, and the helmet was in a carrying bag - which was turned inside out. At the time I believed the helmet was defective because I could not get the visor to open. I was very leery about being too rough with it because I needed to return it if damaged. I felt opening the instruction book would also make the return harder. Agent on the text offered no help in opening the visor. I later found out from a salesman at Cycle gear - the Arai helmets have a two stage opening. One lift the black lever, 2 pull slightly away to disengage the last release. So helmet was probably fine. But by then I had initiated the return. In the end Revzilla returned my money and I purchased the same helmet from Cycle Gear store.
They did take the return, and paid the postage. So that was good.
If the customer service agent knew a little about the helmet and the 2nd trick needed to open the visor then the return probably didn't need to happen.
