Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
I took my new Alpinestars Tech-Air Off Road gear on a 150 mile ride yesterday. I ride an adventure bike which is often used on the road. This system has a Street mode and living in Florida I was looking for air cell protection with as much cooling as possible. I was pleased to feel air flow with this gear on under my mesh jacket. This system also has dual argon canisters which deploy one at a time so if you are on a long ride and something unforeseen happens you still have the second one available to give protection on your way home. This gear also has excellent passive shoulder, elbow, back and front protection as well.
What sold it to me was Alpinestars technology, user replaceable canisters and cooling air flow.
Like any protective gear you hope you never need it but you will be extremely grateful you have it if the unexpected happens. I believe that this safety gear will soon be as common place as wearing a helmet.

We live in a very rural area, heavy with forests and high peaks. If Revzilla wasn't there, with their great selection and video reviews of products so we can get a close up perspective, it would force us into multi-day shopping trips, and would greatly increase our costs (lodging, food and fuel)! Their products are great, their service is outstanding, Their people are super!

Morimoto 4banger light mounts, I needed them for my 4banger lights.
When my Kawasaki z650 went on the fritz, I knew I needed a battery. It was nice to know that Revzilla stocked the same brand that was in my bike when I brought it from the dealer (Yuasa Battery). The battery arrived much quicker than expected allowing me to get back on the road. Buying the Yuasa YTZ10S AGM High Performance Battery gives me great confidence because it is an upgrade from my original!

I wanted to put a product in my bike that was as good if not better than the product that was in my bike when I bought it from the dealer.
Barkbusters VPS ted plastics shipped on a timely and correct part basis. Satisfied with that. Aluminum bones however shipped from some other vendor, got lost in shipping with no updates and no ability to track detail shipping progress, location or expected delivery date.
When they finally arrived, wrong part and quite late. I called customer service to see if they could track, and they struck me as defensive and unapologetic.

Only stumped them once when I couldn't find springs in lever kits. I ended up with one hardware store spring and one factory. Cost me 74¢. Everything works perfectly though and I'm very satisfied with the quality.

Such a crazy wide selection of product, always at competitive prices, the hardest part is trying to choose. Literally, that's the hardest part, because Revzilla also has first-class customer service, and that makes any choice workable.
I was concerned that ordering an older style of tire might give me an older (dated) tire. So I called, asked, and learned Revzilla uses an inventory system called First-in, First-out. Sure enough, the tires shipped to me were manufactured 4 months earlier. Nice and fresh!

I hate this company. I buy one item and they loose it. A $600 exhaust system. Been waiting a week and no updates. Contact them and they say oh well it's probably lost. Wait another week and we can file a claim. What a joke. Never dealing with this joke again.

What I expected, nothing more, nothing less. Revzilla used to set the standard for customer service, but since the big merger/acquisition, it just doesn't seem quite the same. The personal tough has pretty much disappeared. In this particular order, a Givi case arrived fairly quickly, but still slower than when I order Givi from a reseller in Italy (note: I'm about 45 minutes from Revzilla's Philly shop.)

Fit my application
Shopping is easy and the parts always arrive extremely fast. The only thing that would make it better is if you also carried OEM parts and had a larger availability of some aftermarket parts such as vertex Pistons for the 24 125SX.
