Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Tires. Fresh baked dates and very round and knobby. Holding air and working great on road and gravel. How many more words are necessary to complete this review.
I like that they show if something is in stock or not.

My shopping experience at Revzilla is always a good one. Normally I find the best prices on all the biking gear I'm looking for. I've bought plenty of gear from RevZilla and the price and product is always the best.
I choose RevZilla today because as always they had the best price on the helmet I was buying for my son. By the way, I bought the Shoei Neotec 2.
Ordered 2 innertubes and a tire - all were indicated to be in stock ready to ship.
Got the tubes in short time - great but did not get the tire till today.
Tracking link indicated tire sat at your facility for some time waiting for shipper to pick up.
Maybe you need a different shipper.

Reax Tasker gloves are only available to me at Revzilla or Cycle Gear. These should fit. Cycle Gear sold be Women's gloves by mistake. Can't get them stretched out enough to be comfortable. These fit with less break-in.
Good design if a bit old. Has a nice cruiser look while protection isn't left out.

Common Tread is important as is my ride. If I wear it it comes from Cycle Gear. If not, it comes from Revzilla.

Price/vehicle compatibility.
I checked RevZilla and another "gear" store, you probably know the one (I don't know if they scrub competitors' names from reviews) and they both had pretty much all the same products for the same prices, but the other guys only offered free shipping to their store, and RevZilla shipped free to my house. So that made it easy. And the shipping was reasonably fast too.

I need new tires for my motorcycle
Started out by ordering a new genuine Honda shift lever for my F4I. It said ships in one to two weeks so I figured it's coming from Japan like everywhere else because Honda. Couple weeks goes by and I had not received any shipping info yet so I reach out. They tell me it won't even be shipping until the 13th which would've been over three weeks past order date. They say they are sorry I say OK thank you and order an aftermarket one for the time being just so I can get riding. Then on the fourth, yesterday, it arrived. Never got tracking info or anything it just showed up. OK whatever at least I got it early that's awesome but I wasted $19 on the aftermarket piece when it was totally unnecessary if they had given me correct information.
Also, in the meantime, while waiting for my shift lever, I ordered a new helmet and size myself up according to their size charts. I double checked triple checked, and quadruple checked my size was indeed in the range of a medium. Helmet comes, pop it on, It's too small. Now that's not totally their fault, as they're not the helmet manufacturers. But if I was a retailer, I would make sure to specify if something runs smaller or larger relative to size indication. I know all helmet manufacturers are a little different. This is what they do with women's clothing that's a tenth of the price. To avoid this kind of situation. It's honestly a PIA for me at this point.
So my experience has been an unpleasant one, but at least they offered me free returns and return shipping. Thanks Revzilla
They were very apologetic and helpful and compromising. However, they did give me wrong information about the order status on the shift lever which misled me to make an alternative unnecessary purchase.
