Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Have almost always exclusively used Rezvila for my motorcycle parts, and gear orders, and I have always been very happy with everything! I have recommended them to others many times, and I will continue to recommend them to anyone I can!

So, I emailed the generic RevZilla customer service email, requesting information about how I can get a potential discount on my purchase. I was greeted with a delightful email from Casie M that told me she would credit my original payment method 5% back, which on a $1,000 purchase, is substantial to me. I was completely happy and I will continue to shop at RevZilla. And, did I mention my exhaust came in two business days? I will always recommend RevZilla to everyone.

I've always used RevZilla since I was young and riding sport bikes. I have been without a motorcycle since 2020 as I sold it to move to Florida. I purchased a 2024 Street Glide in February and needed to buy an exhaust system so of course I picked RevZilla.
S&S is a well known company and I watched several videos on this exhaust and it seems the best bang for the buck.
Been waiting for way too long for this helmet to be released. Previous helmet was a Shoei RF-1100. Yes, I waited way too long to replace my helmet. First modular and very impressed. I use to get buffering with the RF-1100, this one is absolutely zero although I'm on a Roadglide. This helmet is everything I had hoped for, now just waiting for the comm system to be released.

Item said it would ship within 5 business days. After 8 days and no update I contacted customer service and got a attitude filled answer that I couldn't count, and the item was still within the 5 days. Shockingly, it shipped out the day after I inquired about it.

Paid next day air Wednesday evening. Didn't get tracking info until Friday evening and when checked the tracking it said shipped ups ground and expected delivery by Tuesday the following week. So I call the service line and had a talk with a representative. They took care of reimbursing the extra next day shipping and gave me a refund. I need the part before Saturday race. However, the whole reason for placing the order next day didn't go as plan. Didn't get my ordered as expected (next day air), but did get my order (ground)

Got the exhaust I ordered in perfect condition. My only complaint is when I ordered the product it said ships within 24 hours. Well it shipped a week after I ordered it and took two full weeks to end up at my door. Had I been told I may have paid extra to have express shipping. Will order again, just a little disappointed. On other occasions the product shipped immediately and I got my stuff within a week. I had help lined up to install on Saturday and didn't arrive until Monday gonna be a solo job

Website should tell you if additional parts are needed. Nothing said tubes were needed when I purchased +2 tube cartridges. Annoying cause now two orders instead of one! Website needs a lot of work. Details are as important as the product you purchase!
