Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Misty was awesome. Other than that. The whole experience was crappy when I received my package of two handlebar risers immediately noticed they were in secondary packaging. Not the drag specialties packaging. I expected One was in an old Ziploc bag. The other was half assed wrapped in bubble rack and severely damaged, like it was a used part even the hex nut was damaged and half threaded Horrible

I needed a folding brake toe that locked folded so my kickstart would clear the brake while starting.
All the photos show the brake to folded without showing someone holding it back. I assumed it locked folded as well.
This is just a cheap spring dirt bike toe and is useless. I could have bought of Amazon and saved $50 (mostly shipping and exchange)

I used the sizing charts provided to nail the fit the first time! Unbelievable. Revzilla.com had lots of research material for all of the items I was shopping for, helping to inform me about every aspect so I could compare items.
Had to call customer service because I ordered wrong color shield and wanted to catch it before it shipped. LoL - too late. Next morning it was already gone. Hows that for fast shipping?

Was able to find the product I was looking for but was not certain that the product fitted my vehicle. (Ninja 400 vs Ninja 500). I ended up shopping for most of my upgrades on Amazon since RevZilla was unable to determine if Ninja 400 parts fitted the 2024 Ninja 500. Most of my upgrades came from Amazon. All of them fitted perfectly.

I was able to easily find all the things I needed for my bike. And then some. When I ordered about 5 items I received them in a timely manner and well packaged. I will for sure use again for future purchases!
My friends had told me how easy it was to find stuff for my bike as a new rider.
I wanted to add some mods to my new bike and make it my own.
Product was shipped promptly. I actually used this on a 2019 XSR900. With a mild trimming of the plastic tank strap, it fit quite easily. It does raise the handle bars a it.

I purchased a pair of gloves, on a gift card. I used the sizing guideline online to select appropriate size.
Item received was significantly different(smaller) than expected.
Additionally, I paid the online price of $89.99 for the product. When it was received it was fully labeled and priced at $79.99. Very deceiving and unprofessional.
I returned the items based on sizing.
I called customer service to express my extreme dis satisfaction and being taken (ripped off) for the higher price of a lower priced Item. The explanation from CS was less than clear and knowledgeable trying to cover the lack of knowledge of why I was charged a higher price than it was clearly marked.
I am going to use the credit to purchase an item and clear my balance but WILL Not purchase or recommend this site moving forward.

Parts aren't available for Sedici helmet I bought from RevZilla, so I was told to try Bell parts.
Did not fit.
Was told to try a different brands parts to repair my helmet. Parts didn't fit and sll I was offered was store credit

I accidentally ordered an open box exhaust that was supposed to fit my 09 sportster. I assume the previous purchaser swapped out parts as the muffler did not line up at all with the bracket provided. Revzilla made it right and I was able to re order a new one, while shipping the open box back.
They answered quickly, I explained how the product did not and could not work. They sent return shipping info quickly to resolve issue.
