Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Sooo many options! And I had my eye on a couple different items for a while that I finally decided to get. Once I ordered them they were all here within a week!

Whenever I order from you, my first choices are always sold out. I understand this happens with sales/clearance, but it also happens when items aren't on sale. You need to address your inventory issues for standard sizes. Also, my order was supposed to ship within one business day, but you didn't even process it until it had been three.
The u-tube tutorial on the Bell Mag helmet was a great vehicle for info. After viewing the videp, we ordered a helmet with confidence for our grandson with his new Pioneer side by side.
After viewing their video, we felt obligatef to purchase from them. Also, we were convinced that they would give excellent customer service if needed. Try getting that from the other online sources.
The Bell Mag 2 had the 3/4 coverage that we were seeking along with a solid reputation in the industry.
Was shopping for an exhaust for my 650 ninja Kawasaki & saw great reviews on the yoshi,revzilla had it stock and great shipping got it faster then expected probably took like 3 days tops now my bike sound amazing and gives popping noise with high rpms

I bought a chrome shifter for my banshee. It showed up quick! Part looks really good. BUTTTT... When I put it on the bolt felt like it was stripping and as u tighten it the shifter was sliding off the shaft. I'm gonna have to remove it in a few weeks when I get a chrome side cover and I'm afraid it won't go back on because it will be stripped.

I have had this tire mounted and balanced 6 times and every time I put it on the bike it whobbles. I thought it was the bike or rim so I had the shop check my bike and rim. After spending over $150 on services it was deemed a bad tire. I will be contacting customer support to get this straightened out

I liked the ease of ordering and got my shipment on time. My son needs a larger shoe and finding shoes for motorcycle drag racing for a larger size foot, has not been easy. Epic I love these shocks they were super great on my 06 streetglide and now I got the taller ones for my 2013 streetglide so I can't wait to install them and get rid of the old air ride shocks.
