Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Bought a Shoei on a great sale - got here in 2 days from the transaction (so it either shipped same day or took only a day in transit). Helmet was made in 2023 which is acceptable. Revzilla is easy to use and I get good stuff. I'll be back for sure.

Epic I love these shocks they were super great on my 06 streetglide and now I got the taller ones for my 2013 streetglide so I can't wait to install them and get rid of the old air ride shocks.

I bought the Alpine Stars Nucleon KR-CELL CIR Chest Protector (1 piece type) because it was level 2 rated and seemed like it might not be too bulky, which turned out to be true.
I ordered two helmets and absolutely loved them. The only issue I had was shipping as the website said I would receive the item in 2 days as I pay for the rpm membership. It did not get received for 3 days but I wasn't aware the ship estimate on the website doesn't include the packing time so it may be off by a day. It was handled well by support and understanding now. As far as the size guide it was off a bit for the helmets I ordered so I will be returning one to order a larger size but they made it a very easy process and a+ rating for that.

The boots are comfortable, and stylish. I wore them all day with no problem. But the top of the boots are on the soft side. I'm not sure how much it could stand up to a bad one. Some of the previous reviews mentioned the shoe lace quality. I was prepared. But I didn't realize I would open the box with one broken shoe lace already. Yeah, one shoe lace came already torn up. There is also no extra patches for gear shifting. Overall I don't think the shoes worth the price. Maybe more for 150 bucks.

Motogadet told me they discontinued the chrome switches, but Revzilla had them so I ordered asap. There was a delay in shipping (10+ days), and that is the 4 vs 5 stars because it was normally 2-4 days. I had to contact Revzilla about it instead of them shooting me a quick email to let me know. That being said, they were very responsive to my inquiry and gave me $15 ZillaCash so that was nice even though the delay most likely wasn't their fault. The swithes look and feel great. They're not on the bike yet, but anxious to get them on and working.

I have ordered tires from the before amd always received within 4-8 days. This time it took over two weeks to receive the tire then the sister company was going to put me on a 2 week turnaround to mount the tire on the wheel (which was brought to them off the bike). I could have saved $20 on Amazon for the same tire.

Before ordering, I called to confirm shipping method and was told to use my physical address and NOT my P.O. Box because the item would definitely ship UPS. A couple days later I received a confirmation that the item shipped US Mail. There is no mail delivery to my area and this issue caused more than an inconvenience on my part. I called and sent an email to try and correct the situation and your reply essentially said "you should have used your P.O. Box" when I was told by your rep not to. Very frustrating.

Revzilla indicated same day shipping, I think. I ordered on Sunday expecting shipping on Monday.
The request for shipper to pick-up was made on Monday but the shipping company didn't pickup the package until Wednesday. I still got the package on Saturday but that was later than I expected.
So, not bad at all but later than I expected.
