Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
No issues with my order. I received the order on the shipment date.

I have ordered from Revzilla in the past and never had a problem. The way they handled this was truly professional.

Not enough sizing information provided. I end returning most sized items I buy because there isn't enough info provided to get the right size the first time. Even with the arai pro shade the SAI version should have been marked better.

I couldn't find the side bag rack needed for my bike. Customer service confirmed they didn't have it but told me what I needed. I ordered that part from another place but got what I could from RevZilla because of their honesty with me about the party I needed.
RevZilla did but have what I was looking for. But I bought the bags for the cases here because the staff were helpful.
Revzilla used to ship quickly and *actually* have products on hand. They are nothing but a drop shipper now. They'll say "ships in 24 hours" but it'll actually take 72, then come from a 3rd party. Save your time and headache and just buy from the manufacturer.
