Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
First part of order received in a couple days (battery), second part were 4 spark plugs that didn't ship for 4 days (site say ships in 24 hours), shipping took a week, you stuck 4 spark plugs at 12.99 each in an unpadded tiny bag and used USPS that destroyed the bag, lost the package for days, it went from NJ->IA->PA. I honestly don't know if I should return these as the boxes were partially crushed, do I know if the plug was bent/damaged? I suppose I need to examine them with a magnifier to make sure the electrode is not damaged?
I actually asked if the spark plugs weren't shipped to just cancel them, they magically shipped mid day after my request was made with a 'return label' in the bag? Sooo you could have just cancelled it and not made me wait another 7 days to receive a nearly destroyed package..
Had a gift card, battery was over priced by about $40 and so were spark plugs, straight list price, I think I saw them for $1 less locally.

Ordered the Puig Vision windscreen for my RE Interceptor. Looks and fits great and it was delivered two days after I ordered.I've never had a bad experience shopping at Revzilla.
The online shopping process was quick and easy however I ordered 2 Sedici Sena Bluetooth dual sport helmets, one for me and the other for my wife. According to the sizing chart for these helmets it said for our head measurements we needed size mediums so that is what I ordered. Once I received them I proceeded to try one on but it's way too small. I then happened to learn that my son had the same brand and model Sedici Bluetooth helmet in a XXL. He brought it over for me to try on and it fits perfect so I would have to say the sizing chart available for these helmets is inaccurate. So I've requested and received a return authorization slip and will be returning these helmets but unfortunately the only size available now is small so I guess I need to keep looking around for another helmet.

Icon helmet had felt way too tight. Research suggested larger size cheek pads to relieve pressure and more room for your ears especially if you have comm. System installed. I highly recommend doing this.

Love revzilla, great selection and customer service. Won't buy boots or clothes here again though, charged $10 to ship back boots that were wildly uncomfortable. Would love to give RZ all my business, but Amazon has free returns for stuff like that. That being said, you still get a 5 star review for everything else.

I was impressed with the quality of these pants. They definitely are expensive, as most Revit stuff can be, but the attention to detail is there. I am almost 6' with 31w and 31 inseam and I felt these are a bit short, if you are much taller, perhaps try the long because when I am on the bike, there is space above the pant bottom and the boot and I feel like that will cause rain to enter. Additionally, the pant is exactly the right waist size, so if you are in between sizes, definitely go up because you can tighten them but cannot broaden them if you are at the max waist size. Overall I would recommend these, though. They are one of the few overpants I found to fit the bill when it comes to my preference of having wide leg openings, good for winter, and superior quality.
