Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.

4 stars because I was under the assumption it was a proper modular helmet but the front just clicks in place like a mask. Still cool but doesn't offer the safety I assumed it did. Website could make it clearer.

Bought the same product 13 years ago.
I commend them for super fast shipping and delivery on the tires. They even exchanged a tire that I incorrectly ordered for the right one in a very prompt manner. But, the Balance beads that I needed to actually finish the installation of the wheels did not ship until nine days later when they were supposed to ship in 24 hours. Even after I called them on the Fourth day after I placed the order, they didn't ship until the following Wednesday, which was a week and a half after I placed the order. I had to wind up, going to the dealership and paying for the beats again just to complete the work while half of the order was extraordinary the second half of the order that was a crucial part to finish the job was done and delivered very poorly. To give them partial credit they did offer a refund and a call tag on the bees but being a week and a half late that doesn't do me much good.
Well, Customer Service was extremely nice and super efficient and professional when exchanging the front tire that was ordered incorrectly the Customer Service on the balance beads was done very inefficiently and very poorly and not at all in a timely manner despite them being very nice on the phone

I got a helmet everything said it was supposed to be extra large, but the liner was the wrong size. Instead of sending me the correct size or any other option. I have to ship the entire thing back. Wait for it to be processed and inspected and any questionable damage will be blamed on me from what they return policies says, and I'll get some amount of money in return whatever they deem.
Everything took several minutes to process she had to go ask someone else it seemed real and she made it seem like it was an easy process but after the email I received it was clearly not that.

Ordered the icon domain, tigers blood in XL, immediately had an issue had to be refunded the money re-ordered the same item and received the wrong size even though all the labels on the box said the correct thing the actual helmet was labeled wrong
The grips I bought are on the bike, but I haven't gotten a chance to go for a ride with them yet

Not my first revzilla purchase. Tires were at a good price and available. Tuner price was higher than on dynojets website but I'm sure if I ordered through them shipping would've cost more and probably would've taken longer to get. Oh well. Tires shipped fedex... FedEx sucks they're never on time, always delays. Wish they'd use someone else.
